On a roadtrip from West Texas this was the nearest wingstop location for dinner before Ft. Worth. Upon walk-in 1Young man and 1 young lady working the front counter. I’m standing 2nd in line, when I come up, there’s no greeting or welcome. As they are standing there I ask the young lady if she can take my order, she asks if my order is pick up, I tell her no, she tells me someone will come take my order. I await as her and gentleman just stand there. Secondly, my husband and I dined in. During our meal a young man, who was a worker, was vaping in the dining area. He sat at the last table with a co-worker who was on her lunch but his green vape was visible.
My review isn’t to criticize and degrade others but to give constructive criticism. I realize that everyone working this evening seemed young, teens and young adults. Maybe the two I walked into didn’t work the register, just pick-up orders, they could’ve still greeted all customers. Maybe even give an explaination of why they can’t take my order. The young worker I saw vaping in dining area, maybe step out back door of the establishment because as discreet as you think you were being, it wasn’t. It doesn’t give a good look for the business or others dining in a non smoking establishment, we can all do better. I gave 3 stars as my order was correct and the food was good and satisfying.

I placed an order online for me and my family. While picking it up my Girlfriend went through the bags of food to check everything was correct as she always does. Everything was correct and great except I had ordered her bone in wings instead of boneless it was a miscommunication between me and her. I was going to the counter to buy her the right ones and the young gentleman manager asked what the issue was and took care of the new wings on the house. I was willing to pay for new ones but him being so polite and taking care of that so quickly for us left me highly impressed!

I place my order online and requested a 6:30 carry out time and when I got there I was told that it would be another 25 to 30 minutes before my order was done because they actually don’t start the order until 6:30 the person in whom I spoke with was not very kind. I was just completely unaware I guess that when you order online they don’t start the order until the time you select??? Not sure how that works.Super disappointed because they are typically one of my favorite spots.

Ordered 20 wings from here on 2-5-26 at 10pm. They were dry, stale, barely any sauce, and had clearly been setting around for a while. Never order from here over B-Dubs. Big time disappointing. If someone is paying $30 for some wings they shouldn’t be MUCH worse than frozen grocery store ones.

Wingstop on Kemp 100% awesome!!! My food was so damn good the wings are huge the sauce was just enough and the frys are good as hell to!!!! Y’all hav a great night crew and the girls with tattoos at the front was awesome and nice!!! I loved it! And the price is pretty damn good to I’ll definitely be coming back 10/10 recommend

The staff was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me when I called to inquire about missing items from my delivery order. They failed to give the entire order to the driver and then wanted to blame Door Dash when the order was placed directly with Wingstop.

Slowest service, I easily wait at least 45 minutes for my order, even on a week night. You very rarely get greeted, and never with a smile. I would highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings, instead. I always have a positive experience there.

Holy Moly, fastest Wing Stop Service ever! I love Wing Stop but I know you usually wait a little while to get food but it was so quick here! The restaurant was kind of dirty. The drinks were gross (almost like flat) but the food and service were great! The food was fresh and hot.

I was extra extra extra extra hungry wink wink if you know what I mean, and they came through and hit the spot traveling out of town and everything I ain’t never had a Wingstop so fresh hot and delicious man everything from the corn to the carrots to the chicken to the sauce. I ordered wingstop a few weeks ago and was very disappointed . I waited almost 30 minutes for my food just to get all the way to work for my wings to be undercooked , and my fries soggy and cold . I called them and they did tell me they would remake my food, which leads me to this review. I went in to wingstop and asked if the kept documentation of replacement orders. The two women at the front counter were very polite and helpful. The assistant general manager (Amber) I think that’s her name and another young man came out and both were polite and very helpful . My name wasn’t in their book but they still offered to comp my previous meal. I haven’t eaten my food yet but the customer service I just received not only from the cashiers but the managers as well is really why I wanted to write this review . I went from vowing to never spend another dollar at this wingstop ,to I’ll be back soon. The management here is new and they have a whole new kitchen staff , so if you’ve been to this wingstop and have had issues, I’ll suggest trying them again because the customer service, the time I waited , and the cleanliness are all up to par now . The cashiers are great and the cooking staff were active busy and actually looked like they were enjoying cooking my food. The atmosphere was totally different from the last time I was here .Thank you guys . Keep up the good work it definitely didn’t go unnoticed .
