See, I used to be a huge fan, but they robbed me and I caught food poisoning. 1.) I placed an order for pickup online via their website. I arrived and realized that they had an outdated menu online compared to in the store. I simply questioned the difference to guys that worked there and everyone acted like it wasn’t their problem. Couldn’t get a refund and reorder the food that I was waiting on because it was placed online…. Strange rule/reasoning. Overall, Poor service. 2.) The steak sub got me sick/gave me food poisoning. I’m the only one in the household who ordered a steak sub. And the only one who’s gotten sick. Do whatever you want with this info.

Besides the fact UberEats driver stealing my wings & steak sub, this sheet pizza (THAT I DIDNT EVEN ORDER) was COMPLETELY RAW! The ENTIRE pizza is like this! My kids ate this mess while I was trying to teach Uber about their driver. Better hope None of us get sick!!

Called up and asked if they had any Wednesday specials. The guy was confused and very sternly said “check menu.” I placed my order online I found a $3 off coupon. Went to pick up my order 30 min later (2:15 on a Wednesday) and had to wait for it. I ordered double mushrooms, it doesn’t look like it. I don’t think I’ll come back. I understand it’s now under new management. It’s too bad.

It’s hilarious reading reviews of this place. I’m only here because I kept seeing R pizza on Uber Eats, and I’m like, what is that. Looked and saw the address – oh it’s Menezes. So I googled to see if it’s still Menezes. It says so here on this page, but is it? I haven’t ordered from here in years. The reason is because 1) they have the worst customer service on the planet; 2) they always screw up orders, and by that I mean half the time you won’t receive your order at all, and they won’t even apologize or give a refund; 3) their food is terrible. It’s not even fit for animal consumption, let alone humans. Their pizza in particular is some of the worst I’ve ever tried. I’ve been ordering from them since I was a teen in the early 90s. Their food was the best on the west side. It steadily went downhill over the years. I don’t know how they’re still in business.

Has to be one of the best pizza spots on the west side of Rochester. The steak subs are amazing but the pizza is pretty bomb as well. I would definitely recommend Menezes

Me and my girlfriend absolutely love this place we come at least once a week and I’ve been coming since I was a kid no better deal than their 5 wings and a slice only downside is the neighborhood they’re in but it doesn’t bother me at all 100% worth the trip some of the best wings in Rochester
