I am a very harsh critic because I work in food service. I came through tbe drive-they around 9:30 yesterday and wanted a milkshake in my meal, but they already stopped making them. I understand because I work in fast food, but he was EXTREMELY nice about it. I got a Lemonade instead and he even gave me a complimentary fry because I didn’t get what I wanted initially. I don’t like the fries there personally, but it was such a kind gesture.
This is where it gets funny. The receipt said it was a 8pc nugget meal, so I go inside and tell them I got nuggets not chicken fries like I ordered. I go back to the car and I open and actually look in the bag and realize I did indeed have chicken fries, it was just the receipt that said nuggets. Being embarrassed, I needed to regain composure before going back in. I go back inside and he has the chicken fries ready for me. I admit my mistake and apologize, and he says it’s fine and that I can just keep them. I was also very polite, so maybe that’s why he was so nice. Either way, this is my first extremely positive experience and a Burger King, and that makes me so happy

We stopped in relatively late (8pm ish) on a sunday. The drive thru was very busy, inside had Noone in the restaurant but an employee having a meal. 2 of us had adult burger meals. Both of us got burgers that were at best lukewarm. Fries were also cold. The 2 kids got chicken strip meals and both got very hot chx and very hot fries they had to wait to eat because they were so hot. Honestly – the employees didnt seem like they wanted to be there. For kids making $17 an hour i guess i think they should appreciate their job more. And the food should be warmer….

You can really tell that the Manager takes very good care of this particular Establishment, as well as their staff. The place is clean, warm, friendly and their food is fresh! We pretty much stopped eating fast food because of how unkempt most places have gotten….and forget about the service!!! If we ever desire fast food, we WILL come out of our way to this location and we live about 30 minutes away! Thank you for keeping something pleasant in this world!

A lot of talking between employees but from what I heard, not a lot of it was relevant to customers or orders. Not a very friendly bunch. Kind of felt like “Hi there, here’s your food, see ya, bye!”

Stopped at dinnertime and ordered at the kiosk. The place was almost empty. Lady at counter was denigrating the staff in the back and was indifferent to me. Whopper was poorly assembled and chicken sandwich was overcooked. Onion rings were more breading than onion. Very mediocre experience. Perhaps it’s better earlier in the day

I really love this Buger King out of all the rest. Friendly service always a smile on face when at the counter. And I like that it hasn’t updated. And their food always tastes and fresh. The workers very polite always giving you the food and drink you want your way. Unlike the Burger King on Millersport highway. The one on Millersport highway needs to learn how to be respectful and polite to their customers. I hope this one on Transit Rd stays the way it it!

Everytime i come to this Burger King its always been 5 stars around. Workers work hard and this is one of the cleanest and best Burger Kings in WNY. Highly recommend coming here.

I had a wonderful lunch at your restaurant today. Mary Beth was delightful when taking our drive-thru order, ensuring everything was correct. Her smile and cheerful greeting at the window made the experience even more pleasant. Thank you, Mary Beth, for your excellent service! Our food was hot and delicious. We will certainly return to your Williamsville location—it’s our favorite.
