I never have any issues at this location, actually this is one of my top faves! But today I was very disappointed because I ordered a double stack breakfast wrap and I received just egg and chipotle sauce. I am not happy about this, but I do love that location so I would like someone to help me with this

When riding on the Ohio to Erie trail was as a group of 8 thought we would try Tim Hortons out as something different and quick. Well the croissant was decent. But the service , speed and attitude of the crew was horrible. The only polite one there was the guy who I guess was the crew chief. Only come through here once a year on this ride but don’t see us stopping there again. Definitely NOT “Canadian hospitality “

We were happy to see this place, being out of town. The service was good and everything came to us hot and to order. A little different than back home, but much better friendlier service.

Customer service was pretty good, manager not so good. The cashier was new and in the process of learning everything but she was very nice and polite. There was a discrepancy with the price of the Applewood Bacon & Chicken hoagie. The sign says that the sandwich is $3.49 but I was charged $4.79 even though the pictured item clearly states that it is $3.49!! So I asked the Manager,Faye, why the sign stated a different price and she was very rude and didn’t give me the advertised price. I asked for the corporate phone number and she proceeded to give me a website to contact corporate as she was walking away from me. The manager was rude and had terrible people skills, she didn’t care to make me happy or even offer a legit explanation as to why there was a discrepancy. She made me feel belittled and as if I was delusional. She yelled at the cashiers and told them that they would get written up if they adjusted the price. The other staff is good but as far as the cashiers and the other workers but the manager has a negative condescending attitude. Food was good though, even though I paid more than advertised. I included the pictures of the sign along with a picture of my receipt to show the discrepancy. Don’t know if I’ll give this location another opportunity to earn my money.

We’re on a road trip and I’ve never even heard of Tim Hortons. My GF talked about it so we went and it is delicious however God forbid we asked for napkins at this one location in Columbus Ohio, the lady screamed from the back of the pickup window “there’s napkins in the bag!” We said, “We need some extra” and they just stood staring at us…
BTW: we did not have one napkin and either bag! Somebody apparently needs a day off!

If I could give negative zero star I would. Extremely extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever. It was my first time there and it will be my last time there.
