HORRIBLE! Waited 25 minutes to receive cold food. So much salt on fries they were not edible..Whoppers cold, meat old, bun soggy. Didn’t say anything as we would have had to wait another 25 minutes, but I did say something on my way out. We threw out our orders! Unsafe…plus barhroom, omg.

The customer service is very poor. Everyone is rude. Only seem to greet white people. I needed ice because the ice machine in the lobby was out, so I asked for ice. Instead of handing me my cup back, she slide it to me. That was very rude. That’s why I stopped coming here but my kid wanted Burger King. Very unprofessional and racist at this BK.

Nice stop for a lunch , service wasn’t that great , really slow for the amount of people working , they really want you to use the kiosk which I refuse to do !!! But very nice inside and out and clean !! Will definitely stop again there is room for semi trucks on both sides to stop in and eat !!!

I ORDER LITERALLY THE SAME THING ALL THE TIME I SWEAR but boy let me tell you they make my burger the exact way every time no complaints I’m weird and don’t like eating a burger whole I like it cut in half it makes it feel smaller to me BUT THEY DO IT EVERYTIME O H and I usually have my dog with me at times and I love how instead of offfering the dog whipped cream its ice cream I think it’s brilliant especially in the Florida heat it’s not just us who needs to cool down we put ice in our dogs water bowls to keep it cool for them and tbh idk another place that does that I drive around a lot so I’m not home to eat all the time which means gas station food or fast food and this is the first place I’ve ever had offer the dog ice cream these people honestly need a raise

We just got done eating at the Burger King in Starke, Fl. It was really nice, and Absolutely Delicious Food!!!! Me and My Mom had the Impossible Whopper, It’s Everything they said it would be. It’s a healthy burger, but you can’t even tell, I highly recommend this one you have to try! This has always been my favorite place since I was little, and it still is to this day.

As a professional development instructor, I can confidently say that my experience today was truly exceptional. I wasn’t rushed at the drive-thru while placing my order. Jennifer, the employee assisting me, went above and beyond by checking if the lunch menu items were available since breakfast was still being served. Along with her coworker, they were efficient, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process.

Worst experience in my entire life. We ordered two impossible whopper meal & been patiently waiting for over 20 mins. The place at 1:30pm during lunch time has only 3 ladies running it. My fiancée came to me and asked what’s the delay. The Burger King lady over heard & told a couple at the register that we don’t speak English. Assuming that l wont understand her racist comment. We are just coming from a Georgia trip & passed by this town to grab a bite before heading to Miami. Just because we got a latino accent the assumption from the cashier that we don’t speak English. To make the situation worst, the other two ladies started yelling at me when l asked for a refund so l can leave. So sad!!!! We left to avoid further Conflict without the food or the refund.
