Manager here was phenomenal!! I had special requests/ instructions for my food, (I wanted my curly fries fried longer then normal) and they accommodated this without question and very promptly!! The food was better here then any other Hardee’s I’ve stopped at, no really, it was. And the exceptional service made sure I’ll be a repeat customer!!

Went through the drive thru received food then waited for other drink and waited, 4 workers couple of them looked out at me another worker working on stock right there by the drive thru window. Not one of them came to the window until they had the order ready for the next customer when the worker finally opened the window he tries to tell me my total while I am saying “all I need is the other drink from my order” he asks me about the other people’s food order items, “Nope just need the other drink” I’ve been waiting on he finally gets it for me hands it to me with the lid half squashed on the one side and not doing anything so I asked for a different lid he gives me one which does the same thing. I ask if they are the correct lids he replies with “yes they are just hard to get on but we have other customers that are waiting behind you” I stated just like I have been waiting to get my drink he states again about the customers waiting for their food. Um what am I? I waited over 7 minutes just to get someone’s attention to get the other drink that was ordered with 4 employees “working” if someone is sitting there after they were supposedly served would you not go see why they were still there you know you gave them their food? Yes the lid is secure just don’t lift the cup turn a corner, break to quickly go up or down any hills at a degree higher then level drink edge.

Service was great and the food was good. I just remember Hardee’s tasting better back in the day. It’s like they are using different quality food or something. It’s not bad, just not as amazing as I remember. It also could be me getting older and not remembering correctly or perhaps my tastes have changed.

Went there for French toast sticks and ended up getting those and pies. The French toast sticks were good but could have been cooked a little less. The pies tasted like someone screamed together a bunch of stuff off the floor and fried it. Hi c wasn’t very flavorful and the sprite tastes like chlorine.

Stopped at Hardee’s on the way back to Minnesota and man oh man that was a very tasty burger !!!!! The service was incredible too! They brought our food to us on a tray and still made sure we didnt need anything throughout the meal. Definitely did not expect that ! I would reccomend anyone to stop by and enjoy the same experience!

Restaurant was clean. Cashier was on par with any other fast food cashier.
Then we waited fifteen minutes for food with only one order in front of us.
As we were eating, I started overhearing conversations about sexual harassment including some inappropriate language. The workers also seemed to be in a hurry to close even though the hours on the door stated they were open for another hour yet.
Food was decent. Service was good outside of the long wait for food. Professionalism of staff afterwards was lacking.

I normally don’t eat at Hardee’s, but this was an amazing experience! The food was dripping with flavor. My taste buds exploded……
There was also an employee/ manager who did something I’ve NEVER experienced. When asked if I wanted fries, curly fries, or onion rings with my combo I suggested I liked all of them. I then said just suprise me….this person went out of their way to give me a mixture or all three.
That small gesture made my day!!! I will absolutely stop there again.
I wish I could recall this person’s name to thank them for such a courteous gesture. I wish more people could express that little extra effort to make others feel better every day.

Their breakfast is the best in town… you know for fast food. I have some of the greatest service here and they were incredibly bubbly even early in the morning. I am a huge fan of the mushroom and Swiss burger as well as the biscuit breakfast sandwich with bacon sausage and Ham. I can’t remember the exact name for the life of me I just know it’s a number 4.

We always stop at Hardee’s in Medford. Hot food pleasant staff. I notice low ratings but have never had any issues. Perhaps you only get what you give but this is my favorite Hardee’s to go to just because of the smiling faces and hot fresh food.
