Hot mess!!!!! Spicy disaster!!!!!!
Drive thru was closed. Somebody was working on their back brakes? hub assembly in the parking lot. Tire off n tools spread out…did i crave the Wendy’s fries this much??? Sure did!
Walked inside… there’s a puppy running around. A woman , I’m assuming the lead grabbed it to carry back into the lobby. I had just paid for my hamburger & fries… I didn’t get my phone out in time to video but I did get a video of the pup in the lobby. The lobby wasn’t a shock, but the ceramic tile flooring behind the cash register….that made me pay attention!!! Napkin dispenser was empty. Ketchup was empty & after seeing the hawt mess, I didn’t bother with ketchup.
This was my 2nd time in this restaurant & I highly doubt I’ll be back.
Please train the staff in safe serve or customer service or at least cleanliness

I Placed a quick 4 item order that ended as follows:
Drive thru employee (DTE): What sauce do you want?
Me: What do you have?
DTE: It’s on the board.
Me: I don’t see it.
DTE: *silence*
Me: It’s not there.
DTE: *silence*
*I pull around to speak face to face.*
Me: Hey man, it’s not on the board. What sauces do you have?
DTE: I tell everyone that. They figure it out.
Me: Well apparently I couldn’t see it.
DTE: *silence*
Me: Could you list them?
DTE: *heavy sigh and dramatic eye roll* then reluctantly turns to read sauces off of his screen.
Look, I get it may not be your dream job, but it’s how you’re choosing to make your money. Try not being a complete jerk.
I doubled back to see if I somehow missed it. I did not. It’s NOT on the board. Photo Attached.

Impatient Soul
Was greeted by the cashier. She took our order. She was informative about Wendy’s current products. They did not have tropical berry lemonade, but instead blue berry pomegranate lemonade, which she suggested, made, and it was AMAZING!
On top of the amazing customer service, we (2 kids and I) received kiddie sized frostys.
Great experience overall. Recommend this location.
We ate inside the dinning room which as kept clean, and the bathrooms also kept clean.
Our orders were correct and made perfectly with love ❣️

Don’t frequent drive thru..But did today an to my surprise..
ordered 2 salads, only 2 sides of double Wendy burgers only, asked for med lemonade..got chg for large, and 1 med orange dreamsicle Frosty.
$44.00 !!! ….. Wow that’s quite a up change (inflation) in prices …WONT GO THERE AGAIN for a meal.. maybe an occasional Frosty . I’ll save my money for Marigolds for a better dining atmosphere an experience.

Everything was great. Drive thru was quick and efficient, and cost is about the same as other places. Inside was basically empty when I took my son to use the bathroom, but everything was clean and welcoming.

The cashier there is very friendly and personable. Went there twice since visiting VA. He was my cashier both times. Seemed to know his customers and have good rapport with them. Just thought his hard work should be acknowledged. Not sure of his name but he works PM shift. The hospitality is definitely appreciated from this out of towner

Absolutely the NASTIEST WENDY in Charlottesville. The worst customer service imaginable. They need to be SHUT DOWN! I have never experience such terrible customer the way your employees feel ok with utterly disrespectful language to a consumer is beyond me!

Service was quick but that’s expected at 9PM. They made my fries fresh. Downgrading to 4 stars instead of 5 because they didn’t offer a nuggets combo. I wound up ordering nuggets, small fries, and a drink separately. Even if there’s no combo button for nuggets, it shouldn’t be too hard to figure out the closest thing and put that in without the customer having to spell it out.

The staff here is STELLAR! They are so very kind and helpful. I was there with my baby grandson and they treated him like a prince and me like a Queen! I will never forget this restaurant and the kindness shown to us today. The world is a better place with people like this in it!.
