We had my son’s rehearsal dinner here.
They have a room off to the side that we were in and it was perfect.
They were extremely busy when we were there in the dining room.
The food was good. We had some appetizers, a salad, and pizza. They forgot the salad until we asked for it and a couple pizzas were a little over done. But nothing terrible enough to affect the evening.
There was only 1 bartender on, there should’ve probably been 2 because it was a longer wait for a drink and we didn’t even really drink much.
They were short staffed…. like pretty much everywhere these days.
They did everything they could to make the evening special. They even went out of their way to print a picture of the bride and groom and gave us a nice thank you card for choosing them.
Our server was amazing and did everything she could to make our night great.

So we’ve given this place a chance twice in the last couple of months. The first time was a Friday fish fry and we were surprised that we got our food before our drinks. The second time we didn’t order fish, but a burger and a patty melt, both ordered medium. Again the food came out before our drinks (something wrong with that- drinks should be out within 5 minutes). Had to remind our waitress of our drink order. Both beef patties were underdone. The burger was medium rare and we thought the patty melt was medium rare, which was fine – it was edible. But the second half of the patty melt was actually raw in the middle. It wasn’t edible (for me, especially when I wanted medium). I wasn’t going to say anything because I was mostly done with it, but we decided it would be better for them to know it was under. So we pointed it out and the waitress took the plate to show the cook. We didn’t ask for it to be re-done or comp’ed or anything. She came back and said that every chef is different, and that the chef apologized but it really was medium. She thought it was closer to medium rare, though. I said that it was cool when I stuck my finger in it, so it was definitely rare, not medium rare, and definitely not the medium that I requested. I wouldn’t have left a review except that the chef decided to argue about it. Don’t argue with your customers, especially when they aren’t asking for any compensation or redo. Just apologize and move on. Needless to say, we won’t be going back. We gave them two tries and were disappointed both times. We don’t recommend it for dinner.

Finally had the chance to stop in for dinner! Greeted and sat right away person behind the bar was friendly. Not very many people in the restaurant for a Thursday night. Server seemed friendly.
She came back immediately after seating us to get our order we asked her for just a minute so we could look at the menu. It took her quite a bit to come back after that, she apologized for the wait and took our order. We started with the spinach artichoke dip with pita chips. It was phenomenal! Seriously could have made a dinner out of that! The soup of the evening was a creamy tomato with Gouda, it was also DELICIOUS!!! We had asked our server to space the appetizer, soup and entree a bit and she did a great job with that! For our entrees we tried the Cajun chicken pasta it was amazing. It was grilled sliced chicken breast on top of penne in a creamy spicy Alfredo with some onions and peppers sautéed in. Came with a chunk of dried toasted bread, I think it might have been garlic bread, but mine has no butter or garlic on it, but was perfect for dipping up sauce!!!! We also tried the chicken picatta which was served with mashed potatoes and in the creamiest lemony sauce. It was absolutely delicious and we could have licked the plate!
Would have been interested in trying desserts but no dessert options were offered and there wasn’t any mention of dessert on the menu, so maybe they don’t have desserts!
My only complaint…was just weird. The restaurant was open till 9 there were a couple of people at the bar and one other table in the restaurant that had just ordered. We were just chatting and drinking our beverages at 8:08pm when our server and asked if we were good with our beverages and we said yes, thinking she meant did we need refills. She then took way our drinks which we were still drinking and the napkin that was on the table. Assuming we had worn out are welcome we then left. Just kind of odd.
The restaurant was cute and clean and much bigger inside then it appears! The bar looks fully stocked. There was plenty of parking and easy access to get in the building
The food was excellent and we look forward to going back again and trying different options. Perhaps the server was just ready to go home! If you are in the area definitely give it a try!!!

Definitely check this place out. Food was really good we didn’t have drinks but the Ambiance there was perfect old school beer signs which you don’t see anymore. Very clean definitely be going back. Talked with the owner John for a little bit he was very approachable very nice guy. Had the cheese steak sandwich and a chicken Caesar wrap chicken very juicy delicious. Steak and mushroom was cooked perfect roll nice and delicious. Sorry I don’t know the bartender’s name. She was on top of everything.

They seemed possibly understaffed, but it took us almost 30 minutes to put in a to go order, and then about 45 minutes after that to actually have it out to us. If it was like that for a slow Monday night, id hate to see it on a busy day. The bartender was friendly enough, but the food could be a pass. I’m unsure if the food was made on time and just sat, or what happened, but it was all rather cold by the time We actually got to it and ate it. Never the less, the food itself really wasn’t all that. Id pass, but maybe it was an off day for them. Check it out for yourself.

This whole experience was underwhelming, honestly I’m disappointed from the start. I was told to seat myself, which I did, and then I waited several minutes before anyone came to the table to take my drink order, and it was over ten minutes before I was given a menu. I ordered the cheese curds (pictured) and the burger, and the portion on the curds were underwhelming for the price (menu stated $7.95), but the burger was generous in size and seemed like a fair price. Food came out promptly and was pretty good, but not outstanding. My big issue is that when the bill came, everything was more expensive than the menu stated. There was no disclaimer that the menu prices had changed, and even though it was only a few dollars different, it felt very misleading.
The staff seemed disorganized, and inattentive. I honestly felt like a bit of a burden, and I won’t be back. I wasn’t offered a drink menu, or a dessert menu, and I would have ordered both if it was offered.
Finally, the menu was very difficult to read. It was a full color print photo background, with white text overlaid with very poor contrast. They’re in desperate need of a graphic designer. As someone with relatively mild vision impairments, it was very challenging to read to begin with.
Overall, I won’t be back, which is a shame because I work in the area and have been looking for a new place to sit between meetings to come in regularly for snacks and drinks.

When we first entered it was very pretty inside and clean. You seat yourself. The waitress was very kind and checked on us with appropriate timing. I saw the manager on the floor most of the time, checking on how the customers were doing and how the food was coming along.
About the food:
The food was very good, portion size for the cheese curds and fries could be bigger but other than that everything was delicious, the chicken was juicy with the right amount of crunch. The buttered pretzel buns were a great touch. The burger was cooked to order and a nice thickness. All of it was fresh and presented nicely.

This was our first time here with my family. We ordered a philly cheese stake and a BLT, and it was really good. To make it even better our waitress Ashley was great! Give her a raise! Hard to find good help now a days!
