I used to be a regular at this taco truck, but my last experience was terrible. I tried the tacos de cabeza for the first time, and they were awful. When I called to explain, the lady I spoke to was incredibly rude. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just a simple exchange for a different kind of taco. She insisted the meat was fine, but it tasted off, like it had gone bad. What really bothered me was their complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction; she didn’t seem to care at all about my experience.
