We’re obsessed and loyal to Sabi. They have their own app. They don’t deliver but there are so many locations, it doesn’t take long to pick up. The Pedersgata loc is closest to us and generally is our favorite, but we order from two others very regularly. Love them all.
Update/ Quick Tip: My favorite order is chirashi plus chef’s choice sashimi and chef’s choice roll. There is no thought involved, and you leave the hard work to the chef. It takes me 2 seconds to order and I’m always happier than if I chose it myself.

We ordered poke bowl tempura and mango heaven. Sushi rice was tasty but a little bit overcooked for my liking. The soya sauce that comes with the food gave a bitter after taste, it destroy the freshness of the sushi unfortunately . They made it and delivered fast to me.Overall a good sushi for its price.

They make really good sushi and they make all when you order so it is as fresh as possible. I went here one night since my fiancee wanted sushi, and then she loved it so much we went back for dinner the next day (and bought another set as take away to eat at the airport that evening)

Tasty affordable sushi. Compared to other sushi places in Stavanger Sabi has good price for value. The quality of the sushi can sometimes vary according the to chef that day. Sometimes the order takes longer to make than the time given when ordering takeout so keep that in mind when ordering

Lucky me that this restaurant had already opened door for lunch when I walked past at 12:30pm, because today was Food Festival⁉️ Delicious fresh-made sushi by the chef behind the sushi bar counter with local fresh fish. A big surprise was my favourite dish – seaweed , which was rarely seen in other restaurants. The Korean waiter was super friendly and so were the other waiters and the chefs behind the counter. New cashier working there is unfriendly and feels like she hates her job. It ruins the experience that makes you not want to come back and meet that person again.
Best most original sushi option that Stavanger can offer, no cream cheese, no strawberries, just fish and rice. Every time we order take out (our favorite “bare laks” set with salmon) its always different quality: sometimes salmon is thick and fatty and melts in mouth, sometimes thin slices and chewy, you never know, not always lucky.
Today’s order was perfect, delicious, salmon was fatty and melting in the mouth. Nigiri with scallop were fantastic.
Please consider hiring new cashier that is going to be welcoming and friendly with customers
