Wichita’s best kept secret for over 60 years. A place where friends, food and music come together! The Candle Club is a private club located in Northeast Wichita. Established in 1960, the Candle Club has a long history of providing exceptional food, service, and entertainment. We have live entertainment in our lounge every evening except Tuesdays, and regularly host special events. Complete with a dining room, private rooms, cigar lounge, and patio; we have everything you need to celebrate a special occasion or a fun night out. Membership applications can be found in the Club and on our website, or give us a call if you would like to set up a tour!

12/18/25 ☆☆☆ Went to celebrate my grandfathers 95th birthday. He’s been a member since the beginning. The food was mediocre at best. However, the service was OUTSTANDING! The band was ok, but way to loud. We couldn’t hear the people sitting next to us. We had family in from out of town and we were trying to visit and once the band started playing we couldn’t visit anymore. (Good rule of thumb, if your server can’t hear what you’re ordering, you’re too loud. The server told the manager who didn’t do anything.)

Great place, friendly staff and patrons. Great place to have a cigar, grab a bite, and watch the game. Then hang out and listen to live music in the front end of the building. Private rooms, friendly atmosphere, and reasonable prices. What more could you possibly ask for??

A members only club with true MCM style and flare! The food is fantastic, prime rib Wednesday-Saturday, the steak poivre, the dishes are well thought out and executed flawlessly. The bar is well stocked with top shelf and their Old Fashioned goes down smooth. Jazz music on Wednesday, contemporary standards on Thursday and Friday… if you’re looking for an exclusive experience, The Candle Club is hard to beat

I brought 9 people to dinner last night…chicken dinner night. We came at 5:30 to take advantage of happy hour prices on drinks. We ordered Chardonnay. I assumed it would be happy hour price but was changed $13 per glass. Guess it was my fault not to ask waiter but think it should be her job to ask instead of thinking of her tip. Drink cost almost as much as chicken.

We have been a member for several years. Had a Christmas party there last Monday and I can not give you guys enough praise! We had a fairly large group. Most of us did the fried chicken buffet and there were a few of us that ordered off the menu. We had a person in our group that was on a special diet and you went above and beyond to make sure he got something he could eat. We had a bar tender/hostess that was fairly new and she did a wonderful job!
