Good place with pleasant ambiance. Tried few dishes, they were all great, but the rotisserie chicken was dry inside. The mushroom sauce with it was delicious though. I don’t remember the name of the person who attended our table, but she was very good and helpful.

Thanksgiving dinner buffet by reservation-
Lots of options for each category of dinner. Very busy so a little louder than wanted. Food was good to great depending what it was. Need more signs for what the options are though, especially in the desserts. Sangria was good. Shrimp was favorite along with the oysters! Kid options as well at the end of the buffet. Expect it to be pricey.

Vida is one of those restaurants that looks a lot better than it tastes. Located inside the iconic Fontainebleau, it gives off the polished, upscale vibe you’d expect—but once you sit down and start eating, it’s clear the experience is more form than substance.

I came here for the buffet, which was… okay. They had a decent spread: scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, pastries, some fruit, and a few other staples. Everything looked nice on the surface, but most of it tasted just average. The eggs were a bit runny, the bacon wasn’t particularly crispy, and the pastries felt like they came out of a hotel catering freezer rather than a fresh bakery. Nothing was bad, just not memorable—especially considering the price.

Service was professional but not especially warm or engaging. They got the job done, but there wasn’t that personal touch or energy you’d hope for at a resort like this.

All in all, Vida is fine if you’re staying at the hotel and want something convenient without venturing out. But if you’re expecting something that stands out or competes with Miami’s food scene, this isn’t it. Definitely a case of “you’re paying for the location.

Great buffet, it’s not very big but they have a good selection of items. Fresh omelets, cereal, oatmeal, toast/bagels, etc. One of my favorite things was the little jars of fancy ketchup, it was delish It’s hard to go back to the regular kind after that

Great spot for breakfast. Healthy options. Great service. Buffet is pricey but fun to do and my kid ate more at the buffet. I didn’t love my breakfast sandwich. Omelet, fruit, and raspberry danish at the buffet were good. I liked the smoothie.

I have to say this place is pretty inconsistent in many ways. Over our 8 night stay at Fontain, we came here probably 6 of those days. Some days the food was great, and other days it seemed they couldn’t get anything right. The one thing that was consistent was Regina, her pleasant attitude and excellent service, and her ability to make a hot coffee which none of the other staff seemed to be able to do. What a pleasure she was during our stay.

If you’re looking for a fantastic breakfast spot in Las Vegas, Vida Restaurant at the Fontainebleau is a must-visit. I recently had the pleasure of trying their Steak and Eggs, and it was absolutely delicious!

The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Paired with perfectly sunny side up eggs, it was a hearty and satisfying meal that set the tone for a great day. The presentation was elegant, and the portion size was just right.

The ambiance at Vida is modern and chic, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for a leisurely breakfast. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made the experience even more enjoyable.

Whether you’re staying at the Fontainebleau or just exploring Las Vegas, Vida Restaurant is a top choice for breakfast. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their menu! Highly recommend the Steak and Eggs—it’s a winner!

We stumbled upon Vida after a night out and I’m so glad we did! This restaurant, located in our hotel, exceeded our expectations. We were seated quickly and the service was top-notch. The highlight of our meal was the spaghetti with a delicious, flavorful sauce. It was so good that we were tempted to order a to-go plate. Next time we stay at the hotel, we’ll definitely be returning to Vida to try more dishes and indulge in another plate of that incredible spaghetti.

I came twice. I must say all the waiters and waitresses are really nice and friendly. First time I had a Winter Kale Salad which is make with But squash, quinoa, tosted almonds, pome granate seeds, whole grain citrus dressing and I added grilled salmon.
First the brought me the salad with chicken when all my friends had their food. Then I had the right one and I started to eat it but it was totally bland…. I ask to the waiter and he said the dressing is in the bottom. I mixed and still the same. I realized didn’t come with dressing. He brought a cup with dressing. The kale was full of big stains (in the kitchen didn’t prepare it. From 5 I can rated it as a 0.5.
Next day I ordered as an appetizer a tomate soup and it was good and as a entree GRILLED FAROE ISLAND SALMON*
cauliflower puree, baby kale, bacon spicy honey & orange glaze. The cauliflower was cream…?a really small portion with just literally two small chunks of cauliflower. The salmon taste was “ok” nothing special.
As a dessert we share a BANANA STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING banana cake, toffee sauce, vanilla ice cream which was good but they didn’t warm it.
One day the cappuccino was good and on the 2nd day was cold.

This review only for buffet that is serviced until 11:30am. Everything was delicious that I tried. Fresh and beautifully presented. Would very much received Vida for breakfast/early lunch. The buffet is $42 plus service charge so comes to $60 or so.
