Mobile ordered, very disappointed. Ordered a large hot chocolate and large seasonal hot coffee. I have never received half a coffee ever. Like seriously half full. This is how I got it. My hot chocolate was also only about 3/4 full. Ridiculous paying almost $7 for half a coffee.

This place is horrible. I told them I wanted an ice coffee. They then gave me a hot coffee and I said yall messed up. They said I told them wrong and will have to pay for another coffee to get the right one. I am not, paying fir their mistakes. Then the young kid wouldn’t give me my drink I paied for. I had to get loud with the kid to get my stuff I already paid for. The manager there is a joke. She did nothing to help the situation but look at me.

I’m at this Dunkin nearly every day, but sadly won’t be coming back. This is the second time I’ve been disrespected as a regular customer, and that I don’t tolerate and will no longer spend my money or time here.
I specifically ordered “less ice” as it’s warmer out today. I was presented with 3/4 of a Medium iced coffee and was told Ice is part of the recipe, and they could add some more ice if I’d like. Look, I’m not here to make anyone’s job harder, but as someone who does spend as much money as I do at one particular location, I’m done. I can overlook a centimeter, maybe a half inch off the top especially as I understand how the service industry is. But to say they wouldn’t top anything off is pure greed to call this their “recipe” after charging me $6.17 for this.
I also understand as a manager myself how reviews can be so detrimental for a business so I tried calling to speak to a manager before making this review, but they pick up and hang up. So I guess this is where we’re at. Thanks, Dunkin Donuts Fox Lake, IL.

Ordered today here, like I do frequently do this town has very little to choose from. Really awkward visit today. The person taking my order first was rushing me. God forbid I take a few minute snd mind you it’s 12:44pm-it’s not like there’s a rush. My daughter is repeating her order to me. Wants a mocha coffee-cool. The person ordering says do you want cream and sugar. I said no, then my daughter calls back that she does want cream and sugar. I tell the person and the window I do want to add cream and sugar sorry but can add it. Then this punk pokes his head out saying next time when he asks if I want cream and sugar to say yes and tell him. Ok captain obvious, obviously I changed my request. I’m so sorry you have been inconvenienced. Then I ask who his name is to the person at the window and I get the old I don’t his name I’m new, even if that was true, get your manager. Manager comes after I requested and says she will talk to them. Sure-based off the 2 employees I encountered, I find that doubtful and likely normal behavior for this location. Listen we all don’t love our jobs but don’t try to school your customers and pull the “next time line”.

I always go through the drive thru and food and coffee is perfect. My issue is the customer service. Two young men I’ve encountered with horrible customer service skills. There was no good morning or hello. Just grabs the debit card. Seems rushed, short, and rude. Also, I noticed no HAIR NET covering anyone’s hair. What about being sanitary for health purposes?
