We went to your towanda Burger King last night to feed my daughter after her basketball game. Ordered online and went to drive through and were greeted with what do you want. We said we had an online order for Brandy and she said come up. We acknowledge led at that point that she was rude. Gave us nothing that was on our order showed her the receipt and she said there’s nothing I can do. Her receipt took precedence over ours. She took the food and we left with no food even though we had already paid. We did try to argue with her and it just spiraled into screaming back and forth at each other. We asked for the manager and she said she was the manager so we just left. I’ve never in my 50 years experienced anything like this at a drive through. We reported this to burger king through the app as well. It still pulls up exactly what we ordered but for some reason we couldn’t get what we ordered and had proof of ordering and paying for.

Very clean tables, booth’s and chairs and so is everything else. I’ve been going here for years and love this BK. The staff is always very friendly and professional, and even though sometimes they appear short staffed, they are fast and courteous. My wife and I, love the bacon double cheeseburgers and the onion rings. We always eat inside, where the atmosphere is wonderful, and the younger grandkids enjoy the playroom.

Seriously sad how simple directions for a brisket burger couldn’t be done. They made a different burger 2x and there wrre directions on the mobile order. All they were doing was playing around and had a ton of customers waiting for their orders. We were waiting almost an hour! Never going there again. Overpriced anyway.

Food is ok most of the time. But one day one of the employees threw my lettuce etc on my burger like they couldn’t be bothered. Also at this location Ice is always a problem & when a meal deal is ordered it would be nice to be compensated in some way or told from the get go there is no ice do you still want the meal deal. Lately, the employees seem to be more versed than the one who had no interest. Just to mention I worked as a cashier so I realize the job is stressful but it would have been nice to have a burger with lettuce, tomato & the meat on the bun. I will continue to go back bevasue 90% of the time all is good.

Expect a burger king and you’ll be happy! Like, nothing special about it, but the staff is friendly and keeps it clean and your order is usually right. Also this location still has a little playground space! Nice if it’s a rainy day and you’ve got a kiddo under 6
