I went to Bimi Thai Restaurant in September with my mom who has never tried Thai food before. Both of us couldn’t decide what to choose. The menu has pictures which we appreciate. Staff is extremely friendly, and patient. Food overall was very delicious! Definitely will be coming back!

We love this place every time we go, it is our favorite place to eat in Hastings. Highly recommend peanut curry and Tom yum soup. I’m gluten free and so is most of the food here too!

As an asian person, the Pho here is better than Vangz Kitchen in Cottage Grove Ask for the veggies on the side. We only knew veggies were in the Pho, as we read reviews. Not much meat in the Pho.

Spring rolls had a very thin layer of meat. Disappointing.

The Pad See Eiu, actually was good as well. Again, very little meat and not alot of veggies either.

Overall, good for a quick stop. A little expensive for the small portions.

Okay, my photo isn’t the best either. However, I’m from the cities and honestly I hesitated if I wanted to try because of this one photo. Honestly I’m kinda happy we made the right choice to give it shot, even though the pho looks plain. The broth was pretty rich. All the greens are already placed in the pho, and they place lots of meat on the bowl. The chili oil I put on is pretty much medium level but it was too spicy for me lol. Thank you for the awesome experience and will return to try more with more pho & Thai Tea ❤️

Nice Discovery out of the packed offerts in the twin cities…
Fresh and (real) flavourfull coconut soup.
Portion is more than good for full meal 1 person.

Went there to celebrate my birthday with my family. We were all very pleased with our delicious food and service. I had the Salmon Curry recommended by our wait staff, which was delicious with a spicy kick to it. One son got the Beef Pho, another ordered orange chicken, and my husband ordered a shrimp & noodles dish. The food is served in very generous proportions, everyone was fully satisfied, and some took home half their meals because they were too full. The restaurant was clean and has a nice ambiance. They had TV monitors playing, showing some amazing looking food and drinks being prepared, possibly in Thailand(?), although I don’t actually know where, as it was not identified, but made me intrigued to try whatever they were making, although not on this menu, yet… We always enjoy eating at Bimi Thai Restaurant!

The green curry with shrimp was fantastic as it was kind of sweet and spicy. The beef and broccoli was also great!

i’m going to attach a photo below. I got a bowl of rice for $20 and I had to pay to add chicken and when I tell you that I got literally one piece of chicken you can see it on top of the rice. I tried to talk to the cashier and she said for another five dollars we can add more.. Honestly, Very Frustrating to get a big pile of rice with a couple of onions and one Piece of chicken for $20. I don’t know where they think they are but the value for the product is way out of whack.

My cousin took us here for a late birthday celebration for my birthday. I honestly didn’t have high hopes because decent Thai food in the suburbs but I was delightfully surprised to be proven wrong.

I REALLY enjoyed the food, like I ate more at that meal than I normally do and even enjoyed the leftovers too. It’s nicely lit (has a wonderful array of chandeliers to look at), clean, staff was pleasant and didn’t rush you and the food was good. The only thing I didn’t care much for was the beef salad (not laab), it had bean thread noodles in it which isn’t what you’d expect for beef salad.

My highlight was the cream cheese wontons, fried tofu and the spicy chicken wings. Get the chicken wings. My cousin really enjoyed her Thai coffee. My sister enjoyed her pho and my other sister enjoyed the fried rice.

Parking was decent, there weren’t too many people there, the restaurant smelled like fresh made waffle cones and they played dessert videos on the two big screens on the wall.
