Thank God for this Shack Shake! We were so hungry from a long walk around the city and needing some calories before entering the Whitney Museum of Art. Quick. Affordable. Great for the kids! Restrooms for customers but you know we had to go so this was another blessing. Then we learned about the High Line that starts right above this location! What an adventure! highly recommend!

Very well trained staff, accommodating and professional. Sadly, waited 30 mins for a burger and fries (checked my receipt time). It came out wrong, but they apologized and then corrected it. My burger *looked* like it would be amazing but it was somehow dry and lackluster. I can’t imagine if I’d requested well done. Same with my fries—tasted almost stale even though I was assured they were fresh. I believe them, it just didn’t deliver somehow. FWIW my standard is In-N-Out (not the best burger, just the best fast food burger), and am having a hard time finding a comparable East Coast equivalent. The custard was excellent. Maybe it was an off day.

Great spot, steps away from the Whitney museum. Clean, easy ordering system, delivery of food to table. Friendly and helpful. Truffle burger was good. Condiment station was clean and well stocked. Fries were crispy. Basically. It checked all the boxes for a quick meal in the city.

Delicious! Smoke shack burger, BLT, Chicken bites, hotdogs, fries. I’ve tried them and they never disappoint. Whether you’re in a rush doing takeout or dining in staff is always attentive. Establishment is clean, welcoming ambiance and a quick step to area attractions Whiteney Museum, Highline, Little Island etc.

There was a slight change in locations, which is below the Highline Park. The dining area is inside and out with 180 degree view. The food is fresh and delicious. Tipping doesn’t get your tray carried to your table. However, it was a peaceful lunch. I can’t wait to return.

The burgers were absolutely delicious – juicy meat, soft buns, and toppings that really make a difference. On top of the great atmosphere, what stood out the most was the staff: friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. They truly make you feel welcome. Definitely a place I’d come back to on my next visit to New York.

Was looking forward to this moment and it completely met my expectations. We had fries with cheese and it was amazing. The burger was very tasty and the ingredients were delicious.

I absolutely love this Shake Shack! Tamia and Aaron are absolutely amazing!! They both went above and beyond. I had a long day at work and just wanted a decent meal before heading home. I did not expect the 5 star service they gave. Great customer service is so important, but far and few these days. I hope they both get promoted! The store was also very clean and the food is consistently good.
