Visited 12/17/2025. There was no seating inside so I took my plain slice and chicken breast outside to eat at the small monument across the street. Nice, crunchy crust on the underside of the pizza, and the chicken was juicy and tender with a tasty, crispy skin. This place is an institution in New Brunswick and I can’t believe it took me this long to finally visit. #YouWannaPizzaMe? #WingWingHello

They gave me the wrong order and it is genuinely the worst pasta I’ve ever had. The whole dish came out cold and the meatballs are also so unimaginably horrendous. I really hope this place shuts down soon, I really wished I had checked the reviews about this place before ordering here. This was a 20 dollar dish. Immediately stopped eating it and threw it out after seeing the reviews with roaches in their food. I wouldn’t be surprised if I had roaches in my dish. Keep in mind, the pasta looked a lot worse when I got it. I added more tomato sauce and drowned it pepper to make it more edible.

Last night we ordered three plain pies and chicken wings for the kids. First box gone. After opening the second box I seen this roach already dead lying on its back right next to the pizza. The audacity of the cook to really place the pizza in the box and cut it as if he didn’t even see the dead roach and then serve it to paying customers is crazy!

I’m extremely disappointed with this place. As a paying customer, I expect basic hygiene when it comes to food handling, and unfortunately this restaurant failed miserably. None of the employees were wearing gloves while preparing or serving food. I watched them touch everything such as cash registers, doors, countertops, plastic bags, dirty dishes, scratch their heads, even touch their phones — and then go right back to handling food with their bare hands.
When I politely mentioned it to the boss man, he brushed it off like it was no big deal while insulting my intelligence! But it is a big deal — this is food that customers are putting into their bodies. There’s a serious risk of cross-contamination, and basic sanitary standards should be a top priority, especially in a food establishment.
What’s worse, there is zero real management. The bosses behind the counter are the main offenders not following the rules and not enforcing cleaning for their staff. The place is straight-up dirty and disgusting. I don’t care how good the food might taste — I’m not putting that into my body. This restaurant should be shut down immediately before someone gets sick or ends up filing a big lawsuit they can’t handle.

Prices are really good. You can get a lot of food for incredible prices , parking might not be a good thing, but rather than that. Food taste, really good barbecue wings with potatoes .

honestly the most horrendous food i’ve ever had, absolute disappointment. they give such awesome looking pictures on their doordash and call themselves “thick chick” when in reality it’s a different place. the food is so old and tastes awful, not only that but they made my food completely wrong. I ordered a guacamole and bacon sandwich and got this below, i don’t even know what to say. this place should get sued for false advertisement and if i could give it a lower rating than 1 star i would. Never doordash from them, you’ll regret it.

Placed an order on Doordash to “Wings Wings Wings” literally ordering boneless wings and French fries.
1. The ‘wings’ were as if someone took a chicken breast and cut slivers off of it or strips. Chicken was tough and barely edible… Picture for reference. The sauce did taste good though.
2. The fries were over cooked and I could barely eat a quarter of them.
Do not recommend, will not order again. I wanted to try something new but will stick with King Wing or Sticky Fingers from now on.

I never wrote a review for anything before. I wish I could give negative 5 Stars. Sam’s Chicken and Pizza is known as “Thick Chick” on DoorDash, and they don’t even have the same menu, but the same address! It took my DoorDash driver a while to find the place because he was looking for “Thick Chick” and not “Sam’s Chicken and Pizza”. First image is what was advertised on DoorDash. Last two pictures is what I received. I couldn’t finish it; it tasted awful, it was undercooked and smelled like fish. The fries I ordered were soggy and wet and you could tell that they sat out all day and were not fresh whatsoever. I don’t even want my money back please keep it and use it to make your establishment better. I will never in my life eat here again or allow anyone I know to eat here. What a disappointment. Literally ruined my day. False advertisement at it’s finest.

We doordashed from here tonight, was listed as “Monster Mac” on the app. We figured it was a ghost kitchen and looked up the real name of the place. We ordered buffalo mac and cheese with fries and bacon mac and cheese. Instead, we got buffalo wings and barbecue wings???? I’m not sure what happened here but we contacted our dasher and he said there were no other take out orders waiting to go out so there’s no way he could’ve gotten the wrong one. The wings weren’t anything special either… Could’ve ordered more from Wingstop for the same price.
