So the waitress/ cashier has been unpleasant both times I’ve been there. The burgers have not been cooked to order … I ordered it well done, and my burger had some pink in it, and the other kids burger was burnt to a crisp and not edible. However, the first time we came, we loved the burgers, so it’s hit or miss. We called ahead the order because we had to be somewhere else on time. I confirmed with the cashier the time it would take and she said nobody else was there, so 20 minutes. I told her perfect since we’d be in a rush. We get there 25 min later and they have 2 tables getting their food and they tell us he’s just now putting in our fries! That told me that they definitely gave our food away to the people who came and sat down. 15 min later, the waitress was still avoiding us and no updates while we stood at the counter. I told them we will need to leave and need a refund because we can’t wait longer and I had to pick up my child from school which is why we called it in and even confirmed the prep time. The cook came out with a bad attitude and said he was making the fries fresh for us… they never asked if we wanted that service, especially since it won’t make a difference since we are not eating them right away anyways. That should have been a choice, or the cashier/ waitress should have warned us that the food wouldn’t be ready until 15 minutes after we arrived because of this mandatory fries freshness protocol. Then to be polite we waited and I apologized that we were just in a rush and they both rolled their eyes as if we were in the wrong when in actuality they should have apologized for making us wait 45 min for our food after saying it would be ready in 20 min. I drove as fast as I could and was late to pick up my child. They clearly gave our food away to the customers who came in after us… otherwise, the well-done burgers would be cooked and not pink after 45 min. The whole fries story and rude attitude just made me not want to go back, which is a shame because the first time when I ate there, it was pretty good. Definitely don’t take it to go… it was all disgusting, as you can see by the pics. Go with 5 guys burgers, and you’ll be happier!

Worth the wait! We finally tried this spot last night, and David was super helpful with taking our order and super nice! The food is all homemade and delicious. The potato tornado 12/10 definitely recommend. Heard the owner was the chef and he was doing great – cooking and running food when David was assisting customers. Will be back!

The most delicious burger I ever tasted hands down!! Who thinks of a fried egg AND wasabi on a burger?!?! Pair that with a cold one and mmm mmm mmm good! My future Florida trips will always include Chicago’s (DAMN) Best Burgers!

To start, we did go at 3 pm on Tuesday, so the place was empty, but they just had the radio playing. All we heard was radio ads. the atmosphere was mild at best. The staff did not look happy at all. I tried the Burger Rolls and they were surprisingly delicious. My husband’s burger was good, although the bacon was overcooked. None of the food items came with fries. They have to be ordered separately. They were good, though. The presentation of the dishes was also mild. We paid $31 with no beverages. Out of 10, I’d give this place 5.5 overall.

Totally amazing tasting burgers, we ordered the sea salt fries and it was totally awesome in flavor. Service was a tad bit slow but staff was super friendly. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back. Great local eatery.

We had been wanting to get out here to try this place and we definitely should’ve been alot longer.
The burgers melt in your mouth and love the toast brioche bun. Real homemade French fries.

Incredibly delicious! I ordered the Mafioso Burger. The sun-dried tomatoes,basil, and mozzarella cheese went so well together. It’s a new take on the average burger, which is well worth the wait. It was a little crowded, and the staff was overwhelmed. But it was worth the wait.

Burger was fabulous! POTATO TORNADO, overcooked, tasted dry and tasteless. This is what went into the garbage, garlic parmesan tornado! I should have said something and didn’t. Not worth it y’all! A friend had the French fries and they were good as well.
Cashier wasn’t very friendly either. Atmosphere was so so. Just tables set up, you order at the register, a bit pricey, but again, do recommend trying the Burgers.

Wings are just normal wings not jumbo or anything special. Burgers are very good cooked to order and the bun is very nice touch. Sauces do taste home made. You order at the stand then go sit down. Burger doesn’t come with fry’s only the burger kinda disappointed about that over all would go agin. Bathroom was super clean.
