Never had any issues before but one experience can ruin that. I tend to order for myself and others. It’s become a bit of a hang closer for us and usually the food turns out hot and ready. This time though, they took it upon themselves to write on the sandwich wrappers ‘Don’t you know how to cook? Bruh’. Because of that, we wasted the food. That attitude made us think it wouldn’t be safe to eat if the temperament already proved that sour. Won’t be back and would recommend others be wary. Didn’t want to risk getting sick or worse from tampered food.

Came to eat lunch and saw they had food sitting out. Sandwiches that are made to be hot and they are left on the counter. Here’s the problem it’s called the”danger zone”. When food cools of down to the danger zone customers get sick and having the sandwiches not under the warmer can make people sick………Hello!! That’s why customers food is cold. Who ever runs this place need to loose the job. Your gona make people sick.!

Omg 3:09 pm and Amber (I believe) she had blonde hair with green tips–anyways, she either didn’t know how to ring up or order or something. We repeated our order FOUR TIMES!! FOUR!!! Waited for almost 5 minutes for a total which was $13.09, at the window it was $15.09. So is she incompetent what was the issue? They were NOT busy whatsoever. Some guy brought us our burgers and she slammed the window! Not a thank you, come again, nothing! Rude!!!Rude Rude Rude and the onion rings we got were suppose to be a medium…6 onion rings constitutes as a medium? They weren’t crunchy, soggy and super super salty. BIG FAT FAIL BK, ALL THE WAY AROUND BIG FAT FAIL

I’m so impressed with the improvements made here!
The food is hot and fresh! Very tasty. The fries and mayonnaise no longer taste rancid.
The drive through time has drastically improved. Be proud of the accomplishments of your team. Keep up the great work!
I changed my score for a 2 to a 5.
Drive thru is a nightmare. You have to sit forever at the speaker before you can order. Then you have to sit for several minutes after you order before you can proceed to the window. The line gets long too sometimes. Why do we have to sit for so long. Isn’t this fast food? It’s waiting food.

Burger King is really slipping, food quality, service, its all on a massive downward slope. Sad, they had the best burgers of the top 3 fast food places one upon a time.

Went there for dinner. The woman at the drive thru window was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I was trying to tell her we ordered three drinks and not two. Tried to hand her the fries I didn’t order. With an attitude she says, “I don’t want those fries. Here’s your drink.” Won’t go back again. This kind of stuff happens all the time there.BTW, the food sucks.

Ordered a whopper meal small whopper meal come up to 1299 with tax. The whopper was terrible lettuce and onion were old and the wilted and the lettuce was brown when I went up front to ask for a spoon so I can scrape off the soggy lettuce, she handed me a spoon. She didn’t apologize or nothing. I’ll never come back.

Seriously some of the worst food we’ve ever had. We went through the drive through, paid A LOT of money for food the mostly went in the garbage. I would give less stars, but I can’t. Also tried to call and complain, phone number was out of service.

Takes too long to just get a order in drive thru wait is ridiculous . When I ordered lunch or dinner it tasted cold and like it sat for awhile. Used to be my favorite place to go but I have had to go elsewhere. This is supposed to be fast food they have cars sitting at the menu waiting 5 minutes after they have already given thoer order. Keep this up I don’t see burger king thriving…. interference to response to my review I have read through past posts and know you have been notified of the problems for quite awhile now . I don’t see how you can get anyone’s trust back unless you fix the problems Instead of just getting on here and apologizing.
Jump ahead and few months and nothing has changed. They seem more worried about drive thru times than customer service . Mcdonalds food sucks and that drive thru is across the street and always packed where burger king is pretty much always dead.
