Worst place to dine. Very unprofessional and racist. The GM, Phil, is not qualified to be in his position. I was exposed to “racial comments” regarding my issue, and I’m the last person to use the race card. I was hung up on when I called them regarding my order. And was treated worse when I returned the order. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! To my fellow Hispanic, Asian and Tonga people, I would say avoid this place. Go to Subway. And, I will be emailing corporate and the city of Euless.

Ordered two sandwiches in the drive through. When we got home we found that the lettuce was all brown. Kind of gross. I mean they had to look right at it when they put it on there, right? Tried to complain on the JJ website, but after filling in all of the required information, the website crashed.

I order from here often, and either they have some new hires here or someone is messing around cause I ordered a giant turkey tom and literally the first few inches of the sandwhich had absolutely no meat in it, so I checked the other end and its exactly the same no meat on both ends for a couple inches. So really, I have no meat on 4-6 inches of my sandwhich.

At this point i am literally eating a tomato, lettuce and mayo sandwich. It’s a good thing I added cheese. 3 pieces of the saddest pieces of bacon I’ve ever seen. I’ll never do this again.

Quick Service as usual. Only my second visit to this location in the past 2 years. I think I got automatically charged for the largest size instead of the smallest. I’ll take some responsibility for that. But the soda was flat and tasteless. If it wasn’t so darn hot out here I wouldn’t be drinking it. But at least it’s cold.

I love going to Jimmy John’s for a quick lunch. I go thru the drive through and they are always super quick to get my sandwich out so I can get on my way. I usually get a simple sandwich, chips, and a drink which cost me about $14 and I can split the sandwich into two meals.
