The food is good and price is not bad. I had ordered ahead so pickup was quick and easy. It was my first time at this location, so it would have been nice to be greeted and directed to the right place, but the staff was just kind of talking in the back the whole time I was in there. I found the pickup area and my order without issue though.

Ordered 2 stuffed pizzas from the one in provo over the phone I asked them what my total would be she told me $24.00 my husband goes in to get it and they told him the total was $40.00 he said no my wife got told $24 they said no there $20 a piece. First off you look online there large stuffed crust is $12 and family size is $15 so how in the hell is a call in $20 a piece explain that to me i will not be going back we love there pizza but not anymore

Absolutely terrible, manager cares nothing about their customers or the quality of their product. I have been a loyal customer for 24 years and will never again purchase from them. 2 months ago I called in an order and was told 15 minutes. 2 hours later I finally received my single pizza. 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza online, this time it only took 30 minutes, however, when I cooked it at home the dough was not prepared correctly because after doubling the cooking time due to the center not being cooked, the outside was completely burnt and the center completely raw, I have photos. I called and tried to get a replacement or something and was immediately hung up on, when I called back I told him to not hang up on me and he proceeded to tell me there was nothing they would or could do. I left a survey asking to be contacted and never was, I called the main customer service line 3 times and still have not been contacted by this horrible gm. I strongly suggest that you find anywhere else to eat.

I love merphys pizza cuz its easy and delicious. I love that contact is kept to a minimum with their in and out model, I love that they let me bury it in green peppers and onions, and the quality is always good so I dont have any guess work unlike many restaurants. Plus I like mine a little raw and I can do that with a merph.

We have given this location another chance as we heard it was taken over by a new owner. Unfortunately, it’s just as bad.
We were disappointed to find out that Papa Murphy’s took their cheese bread off the menu in order to sell their new monkey bread. The monkey bread is awful. It gets far too much air and ends up being crunchy. There also was hardly any flavor or seasonings.
Additionally, they forgot the marinara sauce that is supposed to come with the monkey bread. When I called and asked about it, the guy said he forgot the marinara and then he said they were actually out of marinara. They didn’t even tell me when I was picking up my food, but I saw that they were still making pizzas, supposedly with marinara. The call also randomly hung up and when I tried to call back, it just rang and rang and no one answered. This customer service is almost as bad as it was under the last owner.
The pizza crust also had a weird texture this time and they didn’t include the instructions for the pizza, but those were the least of our worries.

My ONLY complaint is with the Papa Murphy’s website. It’s NOT working well and it took an inordinate amount of time to get it processed. The “service” was that there was a pizza there, on the rack, waiting when I walked in. And the young feller at the counter said “Thank you.” …..wow.

Stopped by and bought a large Cowboy pan pizza (minus sausage, add onion) on my way home from work. Picture is of the fully cooked pizza with crushed red pepper flakes. I will always recommend Papa Murphy’s… they rarely disappoint and I can cook it like I like it

I’d like to update my review by saying that it’s been a year and the service and pizza at this location are both still delicious! Loved this recent jack-o-lantern pizza 🙂 I’m pretty sure we go here every other month now!! The pizza is good even the next day.

WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN … poor customer service policy had the manager tell me that they made my pizza wrong but couldn’t replace it because I didn’t return it. Even though I tried calling 1 minute after they closed and left a message. My apologies for not getting out of bed post surgery faster only to see the kids started to eat it and I was worried it was someone else’s order because it wasn’t what I ordered. I kept the receipt and have screenshots in app of what I DID order. I called all day today (the following day) and didn’t get anyone to answer the phone until 4:15pm. The manager said “her hands were tied” because we didn’t return the pizza. “Otherwise you would technically be getting free pizza.” Yes … because YOU made it wrong the first time. I really enjoyed their pizza but cannot give my money someplace that doesn’t care about making the customer happy after an error. One mistake in years of purchases I can understand. It happens to everyone. Not wanting to own your mistakes is something I don’t allow at home or at work so you can bet I’ll use Marco’s Pizza’s 30% off coupon and pay 50 cents more to have it baked and ready to go next time.
