I can only speak for the fantastic crew at the Biddle rd Bear Creek Plaza location, because I won’t go anywhere else. These guys know me by name AND by my pizza. I absolutely love the team. The laughter, the way they treat everyone special and pay attention to details makes all the difference.
I don’t know what you pay them, but they ALL deserve a raise!!! They have earned it.
The pizza is always delicious because it is of course fresh, and I have been a repeat customer for years because I love the price. Everything I need is available, from salads, drinks, breadsticks to deserts. And its all delicious.

I absolutely enjoy being a repeat customer to this store. Your staff on Biddle in Medford is overall just amazing! I called way too early to hear a recording of hours; instead, someone answered and took my order! I will forever be your customer Papa Murphy’s on Biddle! We bought the double sliced pepperoni. It was extremely greasy. Making it very unpleasant. We often get regular pepperoni but have never dealt with this much grease. Whole bottom of the paper plate was a layer of grease along with being all over the pizza. Enough to not be able for a couple people to take more than a few bites. We love Papa Murphys and will return. But will not order this again.

First off, the service was on point – timely, courteous, etc.
The pizzas had good taste, but the crust was a pitiful disappointment. I ordered the original style crust, and it was the same thickness as thin crust everywhere else in town. Like ordering pizza served on a saltine cracker. Unlikely that I’ll be using Papa Murphy’s in the future.

Tried the Tuscan chicken. It was delicious.
Staff was especially cheerful which was nice considering it was a dreary day outside.

Me and my wife go here once a week sometimes even twice when not wanting cook. Service is always perfect they are so kind and super quick. I order through the app 99% of the time and they always have it ready 15-10 minutes early to the pickup time or it’s magically being wrapped up as soon as I walk in definitely recommend this location.

However the manager in charge is tonight at 8pn on 8/25/25 with neck length hair was so rude and Absolutely.Outlined the way he spoke to the young girl who was working mopping and cleaning. He spoke to her absolutely terrible in front of me and then he looked down and noticed that I was sitting there looking directly at him.He should be fired on the spot.
