Hungry howies food is almost always good. But I’ve had several issues with simple orders on multiple occasions. But most importantly the attitudes of these people in there is definitely some of the shittiest I’ve seen. On more than one occasion. I’m on my way up there as I’m typing this, to confront these people that’s how bad it is!

Showed up 3 hours later after ordering like i was going to still pay for it…. nope hell no… Done with this place now. This food is not allowed in my house anymore ever. Door dash driver just blaming you all. Sorry not sorry… no chicken and offering chicken club sub… is not my problem nor am I making it my problem. I ordered what I ordered because it is what i wanted . I don’t want substitutes. Been waiting over a hour on this delivery to be told out of chicken. Ok well remove from my order and charge me for bread and pizza and give me a new total. Period someone should of called me from the store. It is not my job to do your job for you or the 3rd party delivery service. Period very disappointed in the service provided this evening and I will not be ordering again any time soon. Always tipped drivers good always ordered like $50 in food almost every time. Naw I am good. Food is not that special too many pizza places to worry about you running out of chicken and making it the customers problem because a management didn’t order enough supplies for the store.
2 Hour + Wait time going on 3 hours now 2hrs 56min 1 pizza 1 bread… cancelled the chicken club since no chicken. Was $47 with $8 tip… was $55 waiting on you almost 2 hours before I gave up. i saved so much money going to Arby’s I spent $23.07
NO CHICKEN IS bs ordered 6:16 pm showed up 9:10 pm like my family did not already eat. With door dasher surprised I was refusing the order period. Shouldn’t of been with the amount of time that passed and I could not track order once it was on the road for hour an half. Yeah you both are garbage. I do not use door dash ever. Btw now I don’t order from any of your locations ever or my family.
Take the chick club sub off the order and send out the rest with a new total not that difficult.

We ordered 2 pizzas at 4:00pm. The pick up time we were given was 25 min. We arrived at 4:30 just to sit until 5:15. While waiting, people walked in off the street, ordered and had there’s made. When we inquired about our order, we were told consistently that it was coming out of the oven soon. We ended up leaving with no food. What a complete joke.

hygiene is very questionable. i picked up my order around 6:30-6:40 pm last night. i seen an employee EATING while on the line. i’ll give it to the cashier for giving me a refund without an argument. but the fact that everyone was calm and barely said anything makes me feel like this is not the first time it happened.

I do door dashing at this location and the staff can be rude depending on who it is. I’m not a fan of pizza in general and have never actually eaten here. I know people on door dash seem to like it though.

The worst experience with pizza delivery ever. I ordered a pizza , a salad and a pop. I received a call from delivery guy saying his GPS sent him to a different address even though he told me my exact address so he knew what the correct address is. The conversation made no sense. He then shows up n hands me a pizza n was about to walk away. I told him I ordered a salad and pop too. His reply was that he had the pop in his car and that he did not see on receipt that there was a salad too. But why would he not have brought the pop up to me if he knew it was mine , makes no sense. On the receipt the pizza is listed first then the salad then the pop. If he saw the pizza and the pop then he had to have seen the salad too since it was smack dab in the middle of the two. He gave me my pop and then said he would be right back with the salad. I had initially waited to eat the pizza as I had ordered the salad with it therefore meaning to have it at the same time. Plus Howies is straight down the street from me not even 5 minutes away. After a half hour passed I decided to start eating the pizza as it was obviously going to be already getting cold , I also at that time , called Howies. I waited 14 minutes n 48 seconds before they answered the phone. That wait time is completely unacceptable. A business should at minimum answer the phone and tell the customer that they are busy and please wait a moment. The girl who answered didn’t even know about my order then gave me to the shift leader who she actually called a manager. The shift leader acted as he didn’t know anything about the order but then said that he did not know why the delivery guy had not come back with the salad yet but then I caught on to the fact he was talking to him in the background. I asked him how he didn’t know why my salad was delivered if the delivery guy is stranded there with him and he still told me he didn’t know. I could tell that he didn’t even care. At this time it had been a full hour since the guy delivered my pizza. I received zero explanation of why he had not yet been back with my salad. I received zero sincerity to nor professionalism from this shift leader who was the highest ranked employee working at the time. He eventually told me the guy was then on his way to deliver my salad and he offered a full refund after I told him that the service was unexceptable. Another 15 minutes goes by and the guy delivers my salad saying he was sorry but didn’t have a care in the world and no explanation to why it took over an hour. I continued to eat my pizza. Half way through my second piece I take a bite and feel hair. I pulled on it to see if it was mine but trust me it was not. This piece of hair is literally in the middle of the pizza and baked in . A soft tug and it doesn’t even come out. I thought food service workers with long hair are suppose to wear there hair tied back back or in a net , apparently not at Howies though. Absolutely disgusting. Thanks for ruining my dinner Hungry Howies. To the top manager there , I’ve worked management before and I held my employees accountable and made sure customers were priority and I had high standards for how my business was being run. I think there’s a whole lot of rehiring to do there and retraining.

Worst pizza experience so far in Jackson. Ordered 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. They forgot the 3 cheese bread and made two of the same exact pizzas when I paid for extra toppings on one of them. The pizza also didn’t taste fresh.
They didn’t answer the phone and I spend 20 minutes on hold. 0/10 recommend this.

They sent the cheese bread and the correct pizza to us.

Second time we ordered a bbq chicken pizza they give us chicken bacon ranch…. Other pizza pineapple ham jalapeno what do we get banana pepper black olives and pineapple. What are yall doing over there??? Dumb. I guess good job on not messing up the cheese bread lol

Definitely love them and appreciate them I had a dasher steal my order and the man helping me was on hold with DoorDash while remaking my order getting the situation handled as soon as I called him I definitely appreciate it he went above and beyond to help me when he did have to plus I love the food definitely 10/10 in my book I order all the time and will continue to support the business
