We ordered 8 pizza’s, an 11 soups. For a friendly company luncheon in Baltimore, everyone could not get over how beautiful and delicious the pizza and the soup were, this is a company I work with. We always support our local businesses plus we eat there personally. Thank you Pat’s pizza in Bel- Air for being one of the best. ❤️

2 complete dinners ordered plus 2 desserts too go. Salads were good, wrong salad dressings were given, the lasagna was not lasagna, two noddles in each meal all sauce, cheese and some meat, the garlic knots were good, the cherry cheesecake was awful-it was old and hard, did not taste like cheesecake-wasted money spent. I have been going to Pat’s for over 20 years and that was the worst meal we have ever had. We were very disappointed.

Beware of trying to use coupons from the app!!!!
I tried to place an order online from the app that was specific for the Pats on Conowingo Road. I was trying to use a coupon from the app and it was not working, so I went into the store to try and order my food. The cashier, a very nice young man, Nathan was very helpful and put the code in and it didn’t work for him either. So he got his “manager” to “help”, but all he told me was they put the coupon in wrong. Sir, that is not my fault and you should honor this coupon on your app. The manager was still unhelpful and said there was nothing he could do but text him manager to fix the coupon, but that could be in his words…. Next week, next month he didn’t know.
However, Nathan was very helpful trying to find a comparable coupon for me…. Thank you!

Ordered a X-Large Calzone and Chessy Bread. Opened the cheesy bread and ate a piece, it was good. Opened the Calzone box and a bug about a quarter inch long came crawling out and disappeared in my truck somewhere, so now I can’t eat any of this. If I would have wanted to still eat it, the middle is cold and the cheese isn’t even melted, but I don’t want them to correct it as I no longer want to eat from here after seeing the bug. I did get a complete refund and they were very apologetic so that’s a positive.

I must say I used to be a huge fan. Even after working for Pat’s in Edgewood and eating the food every day I never did get tired of the yummy dishes! Spin forward there is a Pat’s right around the corner from my house. Very often we order and the food is cold, disgusting and/or not what we ordered. Every time we call and complain….they give us a credit to use for future use. Its this vicious circle because now we have a credit to use and order again! Last night was the last straw! The triple chocolate cake is my favorite! After begging my husband to order me a piece…this is what I end up with…not even sure what this is…smells and tastes like coffee. I could have called and complained but why, to be given another credit just to be let down…or to have to driver risk his life (01/08 – everything was covered in ice) to deliver me what i actually ordered. This is one very very loyal disappointed customer. I didn’t order a $5.00 piece of cake for nothing…

Pizza could have more cheese, cheesesteak was dry/burnt and lasagna was greasy (tasted ok just wasn’t a fan of the amount of grease). Restaurant was clean and staff was nice so we will give them another chance.

My experience with Pat’s Pizzeria was excellent. My cheesecake I had ordered was delicious and my order was exactly how I called it in as I am very particular with the amount of lettuce and mayo proportions they got it just right. Secondly my food was delivered to me in a timely fashion and was still hot. The delivery driver savannah was excellent granted my experience with other drivers have not been the same as with pats and she goes above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction and it’s employees such as this young woman as to why I make the decision to spend my money with this company and she was very friendly to my children. Overall great customer service and which is the reason why I try to request her when we choose to eat out and have her deliver our food great attitude as well. The garlic knots are absolutely amazing.

Their pizza just doesn’t tastes like it used to. Also the fact that their website is not customer friendly (i.e. a box for special requests would be great). I mentioned it years ago but I guess it fell on deaf ears. Anyway, the quality just isn’t the same yet the prices have gone up and the specials have gone down. Unlikely to order again. I feel like the $50 I spent could have gone towards Texas Roadhouse
