We came here for lunch while in town for a soccer tournament. The food and service were excellent. I ordered a meatball sub and my husband got a turkey sub. Both were excellent. I saw in a previous review that the tables were sticky; it is because the finish on the tables has been damaged from antibacterial spray as many restaurants also have since COVID times, not because they’re dirty. It’s definitely not a pretty restaurant but it’s clean and the food is great. Staff was very friendly during our visit and they regularly changed their gloves.

By far Baldino’s has the best sub sandwiches in town. The meats always are sliced fresh, the toppings are amazing, there breads are always soft & tasty as well. The restaurant is kept very clean, along with the bathrooms. Which is always good to see. The staff are pleasant & friendly. This is definitely a place to go for great food.

These people made me the driest sub sandwich I ever had in my life. The meat was sliced thin and the cheese was thin you could see thru it. Not to mention 40 cents for extra onions. Very disappointed will not be returning. I should’ve known it was gonna be bad I was the only 1 there in the middle of lunch

Why should I telephone an order for takeout, only to have stand in line, then pay before my order is prepared. Is this “Seriously”, your takeout procedure, being witnessed and when I ask “is this my order” that you just handed to the Sandwich Maker, and you lie, this is not just me, but this Deli is lying to the community with this “fake call-in, takeout service”. You’ve done this before, but I “failed to call you out then”, now I am “Officially, calling your Deli out, for “false call-in/takeout service!”

I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a Baldinos. I did a pick-up order through some app they use, and it took an order but never emailed me a “ticket number,” which they require for you to pick up your food. Apparently, I didn’t get a ticket number sent to me, but my card was charged. The lady said, “No ticket number, no sandwich! “. I tried to explain, but she said you have to talk to him, and as I walked off to talk to him, she was talking to other customers about me. I told her to say what you want, and I am being done wrong. I tried to show the owner he was nasty, then grabbed my sandwich and put on the counter, and said there. I asked for pickle, and the lady said there wasn’t anything on the order. And chips I have to get myself. So, apparently, the app they picked up an old order I placed a long time ago and used it. And not the order I placed today. All I needed was the owner to be a bit more responsive. I’m spending my money there and not taken seriously. Staff is allowed to talk any way they want to and about customers, and it is acceptable. No longer will I go there!
