Culture is a fantastic experience in PV! Although our party of 2 had minimal exposure to the food, the appetizers we chose made it to our top rating for coconut shrimp (absolutely the best anywhere), Mediterranean salad, pulled pork sliders, Caesar salad, with a wide variety of agave spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. Our server was warm, friendly, and accommodating. We ate a late lunch so the restaurant was playing relaxing quiet music low enough for patrons to hear their conversations. The atmosphere is one of the best aspects of this venue. With its very high ceiling, the building is cool where you dine in a courtyard setting and has extra room for a second floor which houses multiple artist studios. The art work is very fun to view. There are many contemporary works with some fine art pieces. Definitely be prepared for a spontaneous purchase of a unique original work of art. This atmosphere and food is not one to miss while visiting PV. Allow yourself 2-3 hours to eat and tour the studios.

A fantastic NYE dinner off the beaten path! Qulture is truly a hidden gem in the romantic zone—every dish was perfectly seasoned, major props to the chef. Being able to walk around with a glass of wine and enjoy local artists’ work was an unexpected and wonderful touch. An unforgettable way to ring in the new year.

This place looked really cool so I wanted to check it out. They also had some veg options so I stopped in.

I got the chickpea bowl. It was not that good if I’m being honest. I really am not that picky and I’m not super hard to impress but the meal was lackluster. It was too salty and acidic. I feel like putting the chickpea mixture over a bed of rice or quinoa would help a lot and improve the taste.

Kinda disappointed since the staff was super nice and attentive. The restaurant is also super cool with lists of art everywhere. So I was bummed the food was lackluster. Maybe their other food is better but i probably won’t be back to give it another shot as I think there are better restaurants in the area.

Today was our second time eating there. We enjoy it. It was 2pm so we were not there during happy hour. Rick is the manager/ owner and we love him. We had a couple of drinks and then puff tacos. They were so good. Good enough to order another one. I had the pulled pork slider and fries.
The bartender was great. She was nice and attentive and even turned the TV for another person to sing karaoke. It was a good time. Good music. We will be back for those puff tacos though.

What an interesting place. Bar, restaurant, and art gallery. The hibiscus margarita (pictured) was a fun drink. All day Wednesday is happy hour. I also had the baja shrimp tacos, which were pretty good. I also enjoyed the music videos playing in the background. The staff were friendly. After we ate, we wandered around the galleries on both floors, looking at the artwork. Our only criticism is when we asked for the check, we were just told the amount without being shown the actual check. We asked to see the actual printed itemized check and were shown a slip of paper that showed a handwritten list of the things we had ordered, not the actual check. We didn’t want to create a scene, so we accepted the amount. This is PV, we’ve had issues with incorrect checks before and extra items being added that we hadn’t ordered. When we got back to our condo, I looked on their online menu to check if what we were charged looked correct, and I’m pleased to say it did. The situation could have been avoided if they had just shown us the itemized printed check.

2019. I was searching for “hot and new restaurants” in the area and Qulture was one of the listings that popped up. The food pics looked amazing, so we has to try them.

ATMOSPHERE:
Located in an area of Zona Romántica I’ve never ventured into, sat one of the coolest restaurants I’ve been to in a while. A spacious courtyard with indoor & outdoor seating gives way to a central bar, open-view kitchen, and two levels of surrounding art galleries in individual rooms, akin to an apartment building. You can eat, browse and purchase art on the spot!

MENU:
Mix of apps, salads, soups, pork, seafood, poultry, meat, desserts.

FOOD:
Coconut Shrimp with Spicy Orange Marmalade
IMO, coconuts belong on trees, not on shrimp. Opinion aside, the six pieces weren’t overly coated with shreds of the stuff which made it palatable to me. Went well with the sweet chili sauce and fresh coleslaw.

Seafood Stuffed Portobello Mushroom
No idea what kind of seafood was in this but it was really good. The single mushroom cap was piled pretty high with a moist “seafood” mixture and cheese.

Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapeños
The menu states “six peppers” but there were just three on the plate, stuffed with shredded pork and wrapped in bacon. Spice level was mild. Anything wrapped in bacon tastes good, right?

Bacon Blue Cheese Sliders
Three sliders came to a plate. The patties were moist and juicy, topped with a big onion ring and blue cheese.

Shrimp Bisque
Brovo for being served searing hot! The soup was ultra-rich, sweet and salty with tasty notes of char from the bits of shrimp. I couldn’t finish the whole bowl due to the richness.

Bacon & Blue Cheese Wedge Salad
The easiest-to-make-salad in the world was good here. Fresh, tasty dressing, but topped with too many red onions.

New England Style Crab Cakes
The two patties looked great but were made up of too much onions and garlic and not enough crab meat. The only disappointment of the night.

Peppercorn Crusted Beef Tenderloin
You can’t go wrong with meat and potatoes! We asked for medium rare and got exactly that. The meat was flavorful and tender, the mashed potatoes silky and creamy.

Stuffed Pork Loin
The portion was smallish but the taste and tenderness made up for it. The raspberry chipotle sauce gave the dish a nice balance of sweet and savory.

DESSERT:
Chocolate Bread Pudding
It was a big portion that the four of us couldn’t finish. Moist, sweet and sinful. Thank you!

SERVICE:
Everyone was fantastic, from Claudette to our server, to even the cleaning guy who assisted us in the days after our dinner with picking up a painting my spouse bought. Communication was flawless. The painting was stripped from its backing and bubble wrapped well for its journey to Maui.

OVERALL:
Nice concept, affordable, delicious cuisine, outstanding service. A definite return!

We booked for Christmas dinner.
While the waitress was really nice and communication via WhatsApp was also excellent.
The food quality for the price was not as good as expected for a Christmas dinner, it also took over an hour for the food to arrive from the time of reservation.
Beer price was $40, while lemonade was $70 and a coke $55.
Lemonade was more water than lemon.
Salad was a tiny piece of lettuce.
Would not recommend to go for special events such as Christmas dinner, maybe for alcoholic drinks only.

Has potential but didn’t deliver. Chips and quac weren’t very good. Uninspired chips. And Guac was too processed (overdone in a blender or something). They offered a fish taco and a beef taco. The fish came in a sheet tortilla and the beef in a puffy corn. My wife asked for the fish in the corn shell (she is gluten intolerant and doesn’t eat red meat) and they wouldn’t do it even if we paid more. Why?? Silly and poor customer service

I had a quinoa salad that was very good. The guy next to me had a beet salad with chicken that he said he loved.

Place has potential but needs refinement.

We literally stumbled over this place while walking around the neighborhood. So glad we did. We had the puffy tacos which were perfect after a day of sun and margaritas. The art in the restaurant was really awesome. Can’t wait to go back
