Service was bland and dry! No “welcome to McAlisters” or greeting. More importantly, the spud I ordered/received was a joke! How is this the “SIGNATURE Spud Max” looking this way? A giant potato with the toppings to fill a quarter of it properly. I asked the lady if it was possible to get some meat added because there was hardly anything on the spud and she looked at it and said “yeah, for an additional charge!” I should’ve just refunded and left but it was too late at night to find another option as this is what I wanted.
ALSO: PLEASE PULL UP THE CARPET or whatever is causing that horrible smell inside the restaurant!

I came to this location for lunch on a Saturday. Was in the place for almost an hour before having to say something about my order. Then after that they still gave someone that was behind me their food before me. Nobody in the kitchen handling food had on hair nets or any gloves. Will not be coming back. Best placed to get a nice sized loaded baked potato. The servers and cashiers all greeted us when we arrived and each team member helped the other out with completing orders and tasks. The bbq baked potato was huge and they didn’t skimp on the toppings.

The food was good when we finally got it. They only had 4 people working, and they were filling online orders first. We were told it would be 25 minutes at least before we got our food. A lot of people walked out. It will be interesting to know how much business they are losing by this practice.

I love that Spud MAX potato . I had a slice of the peach cheesecake and it was delicious and the tea is 1st class.
Yesterday I stopped by and got unsweetened tea and carrot cake. The carrot cake was delicious! The atmosphere was fine and yhe prices are okay too. The waitresses staff was very efficient and courteous. I’ll be back in the near future.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order. Big potato but no meat on it. I ordered the spud max it barely had any meat chives or cheese on it. I’m very disappointed. Most of potato went to waste because it was so dry and disgusting.
