I got a breaded chicken cutlet and it was late at night. Fries were crispy and hot. Chicken was crispy and perfectly breaded. I also ordered a dessert but I wished the server mentioned having awesome desserts. Your blueberry pie was delicious and just sweet enough.

I usually have a good experience here until I (and someone I was with) got food poisoning. That person is suffering right now. That person and I had NONE of the same meals together all day long, until we had two coffees and two bran muffins from here and had food poisoning within hours. I called and I said I would keep it private but explained that we got food poisoning. The managers response was basically “okay”; I did not get an offer for something free to make up for this and even so much as an apology. On top of that, I am one of their best customers. I guarantee that coffee machine is filthy and was not even cleaned AFTER I called. I have been a good customer for years and to be treated callously by someone who probably could not care less about the suffering they cause is pretty aggravating.
Edit: I’m sure you claim to take food safety very seriously, except for the time we 100% got food poisoning from your restaurant. But if that was the case, your manager would not have responded with “okay” when someone called and told them they had caused food poisoning.

My husband got the breakfast platter brunch and I got the croissant special. He gave his food a 10, mine was more a 6.5 the croissant could had used more flavoring. We got seated right away and the service was pretty quick. Over all a good experience.

This dismal diner had horrible food. The service was spectacular but couldn’t redeem the horror from the kitchen. The Caesar’s salad wasn’t one, really. The French onion soup was bland and seemed reheated. The lukewarm spanakopita wasn’t fresh or flaky, and amazingly, the chocolate egg cream and lemonade were bland and weak. The service was warm, parking plentiful, the restaurant was empty and we won’t go back.

I just received an order through Grubhub placed from the Eldorado III in Yonkers!
I ordered a bagel with lox and cream cheese (assuming it was the typical breakfast of bagel lox cream cheese slice of tomato, slice of onion, capers, lemon) was I surprised when the order arrived and it was JUST a toasted bagel with 4 slices of lox and cream cheese on the side!! the only place to put instructions was where I asked for extra cream cheese, I can only imagine what they would have charged had I spelled out what should be the typical bagel lox and cream cheese breakfast that is fairly universal in all diners!!
You should be ashamed of yourselves for charging $19.75 + $1.75 for extra cream cheese for the plain moist bagel with 4 slices of lox on it!!

My friends and I went on a Friday. It wasn’t that busy. It was my first time and all I have to say it was a very nice experience. The waiter was very nice with us. The place was clean and bright. I do have to say that the food took a while to come out but at the end it was worth it.
