Me and my family love this place, but the last two times have been awful. Burned on he bottom, thin dough, and rude customer service. We’ve never had a a problem with this location. Let’s hope it doesn’t happen a third time.

This is the 5th time we’ve ordered from this location and this is the 3rd time there’s been an issue. The first time I ordered a Chicken Florintine on cauliflower crust. I asked if it could be ordered as a medium and was told yes, but when it was delivered it was not on cauliflower crust. No big deal, someone new probably didn’t know.
The second time, I ordered the same pizza in the app for pick up and chose the small so it could be cauliflower crust and when I picked it up and got it home it was red sauce, not the white sauce it’s intended to have and what was ordered. I called Marcos and spoke to someone very nice and apologetic for the mistake. They gave me a $15.00 credit for my $18.00+ dollar pizza. (I shouldn’t have been okay with that, but again, no big deal.)
This final time, I called the order in and explained the situation so there was no issues. But yet again, I get the pizza home and there is no chicken on the chicken Florentine.
I called Marcos and the gentleman on the phone asks me what he wants me to do? At this point I’m beyond frustrated because it’s not like I ordered a customized pizza, it’s literally a menu item. My husband drove back to the store and was not warmly welcomed but met with a worker named Cynthia who was less than professional and needs to take her employee training again. This will be the last and final time order from this location. Corporate will be called too because mistakes happen. But incompetence on multiple occasions and unprofessionalism is uncalled for. I don’t care if my pizza was $5 but every time I’ve ordered, it’s $18+ for a small pizza and a headache!

This was a very warm and friendly visit. Ordered over the phone for pickup. Pizza was hot and ready when I walked in at the promised time. The pizza was hot…fresh and taste was amazing! Could have used a little bit more sauce so if that’s what you like I’d suggest getting extra sauce. Other than that the food and the service was beyond expectations! Great job Marcos!!

Cynthia is by far the worst manager i have ever had the displeasure of speaking to.
I have ordered the chicken florentine pizza twice and it has been wrong both times. I was told over the phone that I had to bring the pizza back to prove there was no chicken on the CHICKEN florentine. When I took the pizza back to the store everyone had to come out and examine the pizza. Im not sure if that’s the new scam around town to take off the chicken and drive 24min round trip to return a wrong pizza but that’s how I was treated. The first offer was to just put chicken on a now cold pizza. When I said I wanted it remade you would have thought I asked for a full refund, a new pizza, a new car and my property taxes paid. The huffs and puffs the short and extremely angry tone. Especially Cynthias “what’s wrong with it!?”. The whole experience was a waste of time and money. I would rather spend my money on a pizza from 7/11 then deal with Cynthia and her attitude after spending almost $50 dollars on something I couldn’t even enjoy.

This Marcos seems to have gone under the radar. The team here were very polite and punctual when it came to handling my order and requests to take pictures to share the new location!
Ordered a pizza that was very delicious and they were on time and had it ready and everything was smooth. Will visit again soon!
