This is my second time having to pour my drink out. The line was wrapped around the building and they premade the drink so its water down by the time you get it. I told the girl that my drink was watered down and she said oh sorry. If I would have had time, I would have showed out.

Worst starbs ever. I went today and ordered a macha and when i received it it was grey and chunky and then when they remade it, it was grey and chunky again and i was trying to be nice and understanding about it but when i asked for refund they were extremely rude and had a fat attitude. Would give 0 stars and fire them all if i could.
