Guy behind counter, super attentive. Greeted us, offered help ordering but we ordered from kiosk. As soon as our order was placed, he gave us cups. Order was ready super fast. We filled our drinks and got a table and our food was ready. A customer left, the same customer service rep, came out, cleaned the area. Then when we were finished, the guy made sure to tell us to have a great evening. Not sure his name (brown/black hair, glasses) but very professional and service oriented.

So done with this dude during day shift. He’s rude and always tries to rush you through your order. I get it, you want people to get through your line so you have good times, but it gets to a certain point where it’s just ridiculous. Let people think instead of asking twice in a row, “anything else for you?” You have new stuff on your menu every single time I go, I want to read what it is. My god. I hate this Taco Bell so much. Wouldn’t go if there was another one closer.

The employees here were great, worked hard and the food was made properly the first time. Hot and it was quick. Absolutely appreciated the service we received. Even though it was late and probably towards the end of their shift they were extremely friendly.

This is going to be the best review I’ve ever given a fast food Restaurant.
I usually end up going through rather late at night and most Taco Bells I go through have limited options late or simply ran out.
The night shift in Sebewaing has shown nothing but pure excellence for me.
I’ve always gotten hot and fresh orders.
To add to this amazing service, I had one late night I went through, tired from a long day and ordered. Didn’t think anything of it as I usually reheat some for the next day. In short, I was missing one item (no big deal I didn’t catch it)
A week later I went back and the night shift crew remembered they forgot one and made it right.
I understand mistakes happen but they went above and beyond to even remember a week later and correct it.
This is so far, the best quality food and best service I’ve gotten at any Taco Bell.
Please! Keep Up the fantastic work and effort!

My sister called to explain my order was wrong and the manager, Jamie, said she did not make it wrong she saved the receipt and then hung up the phone. I then called back because I was in shock and she said it could be replaced tomorrow but then to never come back. I’ve never heard someone speak so rudely to a paying customer in my life. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

I’m going to put my Karen hat on for a moment in time. I’ve dined at this facility 3 times, each time being worse than before. I’m appalled of the behavior, and customer service. I’ve never once had any meat on my food? WHERES THE BEEF…? I have given multiple chances for them to make things right, and its not worth dealing with. Especially with the prices, and them refusing to make your order correctly. If I could give negative stars I would. Furthermore, if you have any questions you can find me next door at McDonald’s.
