Most fast food places you go through the drive-through the employees are rude and don’t seem to like their jobs very much. I was served at the drive-through by Man named Mark and he was very polite. The entire experience was just awesome with the Hardee’s drive-through.

We used to eat here almost every morning. Here recently they have gone down hill in the past month. Last time we went through they completely messed up our order. This morning when we went through, they proceed to pull us forward and wait 5 mins for biscuit gravy, cinnamon roll and Frisco combo. There was barely any gravy for biscuits. My Frisco sandwich wasnt even toasted. Then I tried to call the store and it just rang and rang. They have official lost a loyal customer.

The burger was…ok. Nothing great. The fries weren’t quit stail but definitely on their way. I only ate a few. The ice at the drinks was out and only one person seemed to have any clue what to do about it. The others were either brand new, which would be understandable, or didn’t retain anything from training they’d had. There was only one guy that had a clue and I think he was frustrated with the whole situation and reasonably so.
That said, at least we got waited on. We had walked out of another restaurant because we went in and stood there for probably 10 minutes and our order never taken. (Not to mention names but it was also a fast foot restaurant in Paoli….Wendy’s..)

The older man with white hair and glasses was extremely rude and hostile towards us, ordered one chocolate shake – which was practically thrown at us.
