First time here, celebrating my sister’s birthday. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, nice lighting and every table has a touch lamp. The service was excellent and the place was steady with people coming in and others leaving. Food was really really good, very tasty and pretty authentic, with what I ordered anyway. Staff was mostly Italian and seemed very family oriented… Great place to share a family meal and not feel like an outsider… Definitely would recommend!!

My husband and I had a lovely dinner here. We love the artichoke hearts francese. You are sure to find an entree on the menu, or from the specials to enjoy as we have. The atmosphere is lovely, and the waitstaff are pleasant. I notice that almost all restaurant waitstaff use the term “guys” when addressing patrons and also ask are we still “working on that?” The same here. This restaurant is in my opinion an upscale establishment, and guests should be addressed as such. If you are like us you may agree that eating out is a pleasure and not “work”. This phrase just sounds gross. Please consider asking staff at restaurants to find a different phrase. Thank you.

Excellent! This was my 1st time since they relocated years ago from Howell. Man, did I miss this place! Definitely back in the rotation. Chicken parm should get an award from the God’s! Its up there with the best “Nonna” cutlets I have ever had. (Mouth watering writing this)

I came for a friend’s birthday dinner and it may have been one of the best places I’ve been to! The service was top notch and the food was worth speaking about! If there’s one recommendation I have it’s to get their gnocchi with braised short ribs! It was by far one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had and I still dream about it to this day! Run do not walk here, you won’t regret it!

We had an amazing family dinner. The food is of course delicious. Everything from the calamari to the meatball platter, the cacio e pepe and white clam linguini, the burrata and the sausage and potatoes.. yum!
But beyond that, the wait staff was very attentive and helped us enjoy our meal even more. Isabelle the manger came often to check on us and the servers and cleaning crew tended to our needs, whether it was to remove a plate or give us a new utensil.
We are stuffed and happy and will be back again 🙂

I had high expectations and it certainly lived up to the hype. The chicken parm with the vodka sauce was perhaps the best I ever had. Thin, crispy, with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Our party of 6 loved their dishes as well.

Ordered a special, a halibut dish, which was not only visually enticing but truly delectable as it was served over perfectly cooked risotto. Although the halibut was cooked with a decadent crust, it was also competing with a luscious risotto. Both were delicious in their own right. I will say that the risotto was probably the best I ever had, perfectly cooked with butter and perfectly cooked tomatoes and spinach. The dish was absolutely delicious. The other dish was “Chef’s choice”, Rigatoni pasta with shrimp, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and spinach in a sherry wine cream sauce. It was very good as well, with a minor complaint of a few shrimp that were a tad over cooked, however, it was aggressively devoured nonetheless. We liked the water delivered to our table with a bowl of ice, a nice touch. The dinner was preceded with warm and perfectly crisp bread with a soft center. The owner also introduced himself and poured a very tasty olive oil to enjoy with that aforementioned bread. The olive oil, we were told, was available for purchase but we passed (just didn’t need it at the moment). The restaurant is family run as both daughters of the owner were present, one was our server, a very reassuring thing to see. I wholly recommend this family owned restaurant (it shows in their attention to detail) for everyone to enjoy. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a rear separate room for private gatherings as well as an outdoor dining space (not currently set up). The owner also stated that a liquor license is being pursued and should be forthcoming very soon, another plus once it comes to fruition. I will be back not only for the food, but for the fact we felt welcomed and appreciated. It was truly an overall enjoyable experience.

Had my daughters first birthday party here after looking at multiple other restaurants. This restaurant had the nicest party room and the food was delicious. The day of the party, I was able to come early to decorate and set up. The owner and his family were very kind and helped set up the room and accommodated our requests.
They continually checked in throughout the event to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything. The waitresses made sure we had enough food and the kids were all given kids meals which they loved. My guests raved about the chicken francese and baked clams.
It was a great day and I felt very at peace knowing how helpful staff was and didn’t have to worry about the party going smoothly. Definitely recommend Ruoccos!
