This was my 1st time trying Slim Chickens. The food was hot, fresh and delicious.
The customer service was A1 and everyone that we came encounter with was really nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the 10 piece boneless meal with fries, toast and a drink. (10.99) The price was reasonable and the portion size was great. I would definitely return here and give their fried mushrooms and dessert a try!

While placing order was told “You are going way too fast” and “You already said that”. I pulled to the window and gave cashier the money, she hands me back the receipt with no change. She then hands me the bag of food, she places the “change” in the bag with my food. I then, open the boxes and notice I was only given bread and mac and cheese with no chicken. Cashier goes “sorry, mixed that up” she then opens the box and throws two chicken nuggets into the box. I put the bag down. She hands me a Dr. Pepper, the cup is leaking all over my hand once I grab it. She goes “Do you need anything else?” I had to wipe it off with a wipe inside of my car. I never ordered Dr Pepper. I said this, she takes it back from me and gives me a sweet tea. I also had to ask for my milkshake. I drove to the side of the building, I open my food and my fried mushrooms have hardly any breading. My wings and fries are hard as a rock as if they had been sitting there for hours. I didn’t have a straw for one my drinks, she forgot my 3 year olds fork to eat her Mac and cheese and my sauces were forgotten.

I decided to give them a second chance and as I pulled up to the drive thru at 7:30pm I noticed little cones blocking the drive through speaker, the menu was still lit up and I could see a few customers inside eating, I had to back out of the drive through because apparently whenever they feel like it they decided to just not do their jobs. Not surprised. Mac and cheese spilled out all in the bag because Apparently the lid on the Mac and cheese doesn’t close at all because of the black container inside of it being too big. $10 for this SMALL buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and y’all can’t put a lid on it that works. Or tell me that the lid not secured at all? There’s Mac and cheese all over everything in the bag. I also didn’t get my two pieces of toast that come with it. What a waste of money and time I will not be going back it not worth the money

Not a bad chicken spot for a quick bite. The menu isn’t super big but it has enough variety for you to find something you like. Imagine if you will a hodgepodge of popular fast food restaurants from the present and the past with diner nostalgia all rolled up into one. Fairly decent pricing, not a terribly bad restaurant layout or location and fairly clean. Unfortunately during my visit desert availability was limited. Which if you have a sweet tooth can be disheartening. Luckily the speed of the kitchen and attitude of the staff makes up for any shortcomings. If there’s no crowd and you have a short lunch break a pretty ideal spot to check out.

I received a $10 gift card to here recently so i figured since i was in the area, I’d give this place a try. Well i walk in with no one else in line. I said hi & gimme just a minute. Not 5 seconds later the cashier asked if i was ready to order yet. I politely responded that i had never been here before so I’d like to look to see what they had. Immediately she turned away as if i didn’t exist anymore. A few seconds later she came back & i ordered the salad, which came to $11.46. I handed my gift card to her with my debit card in hand to pay the balance & she said i couldn’t use the gift card bc the order was over $10. I didn’t think that made any sense, but the card reader didn’t accept my gift card, so i ordered a sandwich that was $9.42. Gift card still didn’t work. I told her that i had just checked to see if there was money on it & there was. So she took my card in frustration as if i was making her work too hard & lo & behold, it worked on her end. I jokingly said i bet that would’ve worked for the salad, too. She didn’t find that very funny i guess. After a 10+minute wait for one sandwich when 2 others orders behind me got their food ahead of mine, she handed it to me. I kindly said thank you very much & she didn’t say a single word to me & turned & walked away. Not a single smile or thank you the entire transaction. I wasn’t expecting God’s chicken type service, but at least a friendly encounter. Food was decent, atmosphere was great, store was clean, so i gave 3 stars, but very unfriendly experience with Kelsey M

Been go9ng since it opened in Moncks Corner. Hinest it was rough when it first opened bit got better. But noticed it’s not as good as it was. Smaller chicken on the club or any chicken sandwich more bread than chicken. Tenders are good but last order asked for sauced in honey BBQ w a side of Blue cheese and was not tossed but did get blue cheese. I’ll go again but I will check order before leaving

1st time visiting the restaurant. The tenders were my favorite. Mainly because of the breading was so flavorful. I loved the fact that they had various dipping options as well as several wing flavors to choose from. The restaurant, including restroom is neat and clean. Excellent customer service! Sheryl was the only staff member I saw but I observed her positive personality as we placed our orders. Adding that she continued working our entire visit. No other customers were in the restaurant but she remained busy. I noticed her wiping off tables, chairs and booths. Even restocking items in the lobby. Nonstop! I even complimented her before leaving. We plan to return!

My husband and I wanted to eat here since they first opened. We knew better to wait a while, since traffic entering used to be jammed.
I ordered the Smokey Cheddar Wrap Meal ($10.29). Very tasty! Includes French fries & Medium Beverage. (Free refills).
My Significant Other ordered the Chicken Sandwich Meal (Price unknown). He enjoyed his meal. Said it was delicious and filling.
We were greeted with a hearty “Welcome”! And when we were done, the nice folks picked up our trash & empty baskets.
Nice and roomy inside.

Since this place opened it has been my favorite chicken spot. Tonight I have to give Christian (AGM) props. My order was taking a little longer than normal and he offered a free dessert for my wait. I’ve always had good service here but tonight Christian went a step above.
