Went in at 8:30 pm Thursday night 08/29/2024. The service was great but I specifically asked for fatty and moist brisket to which the cashier asked the person slicing the brisket if he heard what I said to which he replied yes.
When I got home and looked in the Box I got the driest leanest brisket on the planet. See the picture below. This brisket was dryer than Hillary Clinton. What am I supposed to do with this, drench it and butter or mayonnaise? I received a 0% fat product. If you’re selling brisket at 28.99 a pound my little request shouldn’t be too hard to pull off.
The sausage was good though.

Absolutely horrible. I sent my son to get rib plate while I was preparing for work and this is what I got. No sauce just dried out bones. Sad for $20.55. Called store to speak with manager and of course you only get a voice recorder.

This place is fantastic. Super nice people. They were so kind and helpful. Also great new hire! She was so sweet. I had come in to order the combos at the property but was informed the combos can only be ordered online, which is totally fine! So I placed the order and they asked if I needed any help with it, to which I politely declined. The girl at the counter asked if I wanted my drink early while I wait on the order. They accommodated all my requests. Just amazing all around! Great team you got there! Food is great too! Go here for your Dickey’s BBQ!

First time going to this location. I was over charged on my bill for a recycle charge that they couldn’t explain. It wasn’t a lot of money but principal of over charging was what I had a problem with. I requested my refund for the unexplainable charge. I ordered the Mac n cheese in which was cold and horrible. I will never go back!! There is a genuine reason why they received bad reviews based upon food. Spend your hard earned money at your own risk!!

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed.
We had amazing smoked chicken wings. They were very tasty. Came back again to order more wings :-). We also had yummy pulled pork. My kid loved Potato salad. Highly recommend!

This was definitely a waste of $53.00. Seems they sent all the food from the morning was not fresh at all. No flavor smoked taste to be found. Very dry and old. The whole meal was TRASH deom the chicken,brisket and the sausage.

Love this location!! Molly and Wendy are amazing They are always so welcoming! The food is always on point also. I go into this location often and have never had a bad experience. Will be glad when the construction is complete on 380. I will still continue to go here on the regular!!!

I am writing to express serious concerns about the recent delivery we received. We have ordered from your restaurant several times, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, this last meal was unacceptable and potentially dangerous.
The beans had a spoiled smell and taste, which made me nauseous. The fried okra was burnt, the jalapeño sausage appeared spoiled and had an off taste and smell, and the onions were translucent, clearly old. Even the meat looked and tasted off, which made the entire meal unsafe to eat.
It’s important to note that serving spoiled food can lead to food poisoning, which can make people sick and, in severe cases, has even resulted in death. Given the health risks, this is extremely concerning. Each meal cost $20 and for that price, we expected much higher quality and, most importantly, food that is safe to eat.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we would not want anyone else to have a similar experience.

WELL DONE!! This was our first time eating at a Dickies as we have just moved to Tx from out state a few months ago. We enjoyed it so much. The food was great, but the hospitality was fantastic. I wish we had gotten the two ladies names. They were both so nice. So whomever was working on April 6th around lunch time I want to thank you both for being so genuinely nice. We will most definitely be back.
