Molinos is hands down our go-to restaurant and has been for about seven years now. From the very first visit, they’ve made us feel like family, not just customers. The customer service is exceptional—warm, genuine, and always accommodating no matter how busy they are.
The food? Unreal. Our favorite meals are the Chicken Lucia, Chicken Sicilian, and Chicken Molino—each one packed with flavor and cooked perfectly every single time. And don’t even get me started on the Detroit-style hot honey and pepperoni pizza… it’s next-level and worth craving all on its own.
We always bring family and friends here when they’re visiting, because we know Molinos never disappoints. Consistently amazing food, welcoming atmosphere, and a team that truly cares—this place feels like home. Ordered delivery from Molino’s after a long week of work travel while battling a cold. My mother spoke to the amazing owner and after describing my symptoms he recommended some food that wouldn’t be too rich. Had an amazing potato and egg sandwich that wasn’t greasy at all and gave me a perfect energy pick-me-up. Amazing service, awesome food, and good vibes all around. I highly recommend!

We dine here often and decided to do our rehearsal here as we know the food is consistently delicious. What a great decision. First of all, the staff is exceptional. They are so kind and attentive. They did such a great job with our party, so we were really able to enjoy the night before our wedding. The food was plentiful and delicious. I could not have asked for better food and service. Just got off the phone with the owner Alfonso of Molinos . I have been going there for years to both the Manalpan and Monroe locations. I originally stopped going to the manalapan location because I asked one time, to put chicken parm on garlic bread. One of the sisters stated they were not able to to make special requests. I then called the Monroe location and spoke to the owner Alfonso and he took care of it. For years before the sisters came to the Monroe location it was never and issue. Once the manalapan location closed everything is always an issue . The chef at the Monroe location was always accomodating. My wife would order chicken saltimbocca for years, once again after the sisters came it’s now an issue when asking for a special request. Last year Christmas Eve. I ordered food from there once again and when my wife asked for chicken saltimbocca once again one of the sisters stated it’s something we don’t make mean while I been getting it for over 5 years. The cook over heard the order I was placing and told one of the sisters it wasn’t an issue they even named the dish after her. Us and the chef laughed. Tonight once again one of the 2 sisters answered the phone and right away she said no special orders I asked to speak to Alfonso and she she stated he was out on a Delivery which I understand. Since I use to be in the pizza business in queens especially on a bad night. While we were talking I guess he came back from his delivery and we spoke. He stated even tho they did it in the past he couldn’t and wouldn’t make it. I explained I understood it’s busy and I would wait if it took longer. He stated he couldn’t do any special request I explained to him it was never an issue untill the 2 sisters came to the Monroe location and with them its the same as it was in the manalapan location. I was about to make an order of over 200 dollars and he didn’t care. The reason I am posting this I have been going to Molinos for over 12 years and now you just lost a customer for life. Sometimes when you are in business you do things for your customers even just to keep them happy. I never had an issue with Monroe location until the 2 sisters came. If most people don’t know what chicken saltimbocca is almost the same as chicken Marsala with either Marsala or sherry wine minus mushroom and adding spinach and Prosciutto once again it was never an issue now it is. Hope it was worth loosing a loyal customer of 12 years.

Alphonse catered our event for 180 people. Food was hot, delicious and plentiful. That’s not always the case with large catering events. His attention to detail, and ease in helping us choose our menu, was exceptional. Very pleasant experience and easy to work with. We will definitely be using his service again!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow, what a fantastic meal! Hands down the best Chicken Marsala I have ever had—the chicken was so tender it melted in my mouth, and the flavor was absolutely spot on. And the pizza… easily the best pie I’ve had since moving to NJ! If you’re in the Monroe area, do yourself a favor and check out Molino’s Italian Kitchen. They will not disappoint!
