Not terrible service but I specifically asked for napkins and strawberry jelly and the dude even asked again before the bag was handed to me for dine in and neither was there when I checked my order. After asking the girl working though she happily handed over both and even though the biscuits were a little more crunchy than usual, I’m not completely dissatisfied with the sausage. It’s what you get for under $4. The lobby and kitchen area was notably clean though and service fast.

Food came hot and fast and prepared just the way I asked. No complaints about customer service I was treated very well. Calm friendly environment. Fair prices. And I was able to sit down and eat my food in peace. I enjoyed the experience this morning.

Staff are courteous and friendly. Like most fast food restaurants they have areas to improve on but they always work quickly and apologetically to make things right. Won’t hesitate to return.

Restaurant very clean, no issues, however the floor was excessively slippery, not safe to walk around. Men’s restroom faucet broken and the main issue we experienced is that the air conditioning was not working or not turned on. It’s a humid environment and not having the air conditioning properly working is an issue and we saw a couple walking in and a soon as they stepped in, they walk away nodding the head and making some gestures indicating heat. Food was good, environment was not good. Sorry for leaving the review but we don’t have to tell you what’s wrong, each shift lead should be responsible for doing their check list of items at the beginning of the shift.

Fries were good, burger had no flavor, onion rings crispy and small, guy at counter was rude. The whole dining floor was sticky, bathroom was nasty with no toilet paper. Coke machine was sticky. Just plain gross, we threw most our meal away on only ate the fries.

Would never recommend to anyone. After working doubles I grabbed food for our family I was talked to like a dog and when we got to the window weed smell rolled out. 0/10 would never go again. Erika was are server and she was the rudest person I ever meet.

What a wonderful experience at BK! Erika, assistant manager, went above and beyond to make our experience so great. We made a mistake with our order and we knew it was our fault, but she was so gracious to help us. Service was phenomenal and the fries were the freshest we’ve ever had!! We were also greeted by every employee when we first walked in! Thank you so much, Erika and team for being so kind.
