This place has gone downhill for $30 a six pack and a pound two extra tacos and a cheese quesadilla my daughters taco was salty. There was hardly any meat and lettuce on the taco very Porten rapper was falling off of him. We are in line and it took about 15 minutes and 10 minutes without we were at the drive-through window and there was only one car in front of me. This place has gone downhill tremendously. I would not recommend it at all. It used to be pretty quick everything always appeared to be right and the price was never this much I realize everything‘s going up but along with that keep your food at the least the same quality as it was previously. I know that kind of depends on workers probably as well but monitor them and make sure that everything’s going out the same is all I have to say. Thanks for read and have a great day

So why is it that you go here in Waverly and it takes well I been here for at least 10 mins it is 535 and I’m just leaving now. The taco meat is different than normal it’s not the same Taco John’s meat that I’ve always had they’ve done something and changed it for some weird reason. It’s thicker the normal or something I just I don’t care for it but maybe other people do. Besides the 10 minutes I waited in line after my receipt I had already been there for 5 minutes before ordering the food and then getting up to the window which there was nobody in front of me so 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru no thank you. My food was cold and not good it was a waste of time waiting in that drive-thru.. this is an ongoing thing at the drive-thru for a while but today was just ridiculous and then with the food being changed. That’s a deal breaker and all I ordered was a six pack and a pound

Nice location, fresh food, hot food friendly owner. The only thing I would highly suggest is employees smoke out back and definitely WASH their hands after. When we arrived she was smoking by the door. We followed her in and she did not visibly wash her hands, while we were in eating she smoked and when we left she smoked. Wow.

I had to wait over 15 minutes for food with only one person in front of me. When I finally got my food, service was not friendly. I got home and opened the bag, two out of three items were no where near what I ordered or paid for. This is the second time something like this has happened. Tried giving it another try and was proven that was a mistake.

So I went to the drive through 25min before closing. Lights were on inside and I saw workers in the kitchen. Tried to order no one would talk and as I drove past the drive through window they watched as I pulled out. Not impressed. If you’re not going to work the last of your shift I don’t feel you should be paid.

They close early, which is inconsiderate for someone who comes into town in plenty of time to order. If you can’t stay open for your public then change your hours.
