I keep trying to give them a chance but this morning made me so mad. I order every morning a French vanilla iced coffee with a extra shot of expresso and a pump of chocolate. This morning they handed me what is in this picture and asked the person handing it to me if she could add some creamer to it..she looked around like she had no idea what i was saying and said this is what you ordered. Absolutely not! Will not go back at this point.

I find this to be a surprisingly well run McDonald’s. Everything is always immaculate. I always see employees working to keep things clean and straight. They do a good job of managing the drive-thru, delivery and dining room orders. Many other McDonald’s struggle with this. I order through the app and, even though my order is very specific, they always get it right. Kudos to this McDonald’s for standing out above the others.

This was my favorite McDonald’s. I just ordered the Daily double and said said that my drink was a Diet Coke. I pick it up at the next window and there is only a sandwich in there So I told the young guy that I ordered the daily double he said no you just ordered the sandwich. I said no I didn’t. I said you need to fix this. He said I just can’t be handing out free food. He was awful. He should have talked to a manager right away came back and tossed me a bag with a french fry in it and I wanted to say where are the nuggets? This is the second time this guy has rubbed me wrong. I also asked for ketchup to be on the burger, and it was not. So I am done with this location.

I don’t review often, and I never even go to fast food places, but today I had no choice as I was crunched for time and there weren’t other options around that one can be in and out (wish we had In-N-Out here ) in a matter of minutes.
I had a simple order, but my sandwich was missing from the bag.
I came back in, and Burt (Bert? Apologies if I spelled it wrong!), a very polite gentleman was keeping the whole place together it seemed. Even though the rest of the staff (aside from the manager who’s name I neglected to ask) seemed overwhelmed, he was very calm and collected, friendly, polite, well spoken and attentive, solved the issue immediately in a proper, professional and respectful way. He solved the issue immediately and already knew what was going on as soon as I mentioned it.

Thank you, Burt, for your hard work and putting up with the general public; the restaurant biz is not easy, especially fast food. These employees are largely the backbone of America’s food industry, yet get so little respect and appreciation.

I hope this message gets to your boss, bc you deserve a raise.

I had a bad experience here a week ago. I had to wait a long time to end up getting the wrong food after a basic mobile order. I made a complaint, and very quickly got an apology, a refund, and a correct order when I visited today. I’m glad I gave it a second chance.

Horrific experience, always. Took a chance on his location after avoiding it for the past three years and was unfortunately reminded of why I don’t waste my time here. Put in a mobile order in and 20 minutes later I had to go walk around the building (bc every door was locked and the employees were repeatedly ignoring the phone) knock incessantly in order to be acknowledged and was then given my order which was ready, sitting there on the counter waiting to be brought outside for who knows how long, next to other bags of which I’m sure were the other neglected mobile order customers. Oh, and mobile order spots were all full due to their own long wait and I had to pull into an unmarked spot, which was the only reason I tried to get through on the phone to begin with. Honestly felt bad for the people next to me who had been there waiting even longer. See you never, McDonald’s on Manchester, I will now forever take my business across the street to Chick fil a anytime I’m in the area.

I ordered a big breakfast with substitute bacon for the sausage. First they assumed it was to go. It was not and they didn’t ask. Next other orders were being served who came after I did so I had to speak up. The lady said don’t worry about the number, we’re short (staffed). I told understand that situation but my order was not even up on the dashboard as others were. As soon as I mentioned my number and it magically appeared on the dashboard. The killer was what I received. I got a set of pancakes with the bacon, no eggs, no biscuit, it was not the big breakfast. So she turned around grabbed the next big breakfast that came out, even though it had sausage, I accepted it. As I waked away, she told the guy who had taken my order that she gave me a big breakfast with sausage and they laughed. I caught him looking my way when she said that. They were earshot distance, hello. Management does care, it’s obvious from previous bad reviews documented for the past months.

No self-serve drinks, 1st time I have had to pay 45 cents for each daily double sandwich to have Mac sauce instead of mayonnaise. Wasn’t even informed, noticed later that day.

Just had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with the fast food restaurant I was given a strawberry milkshake, which had blue residue all over it. I then asked the worker what was it and he said I don’t know. I’ve never ordered from here before to which I replied, yeah I understand that I’m just asking because it looks a little bit odd and he said I really don’t know and I really don’t care so I’m now drinking my strawberry shake and it taste like blue raspberry syrup and I’m Allergic to blue food coloring definitely will never be going back here ever again steer clear

I don’t know why this McDonald’s gets such terrible reviews, maybe because people add on stuff. My food was hot and ready in minutes. I don’t like the self serve drink refills gone but we could all drink a little less soda.
