As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They were missing a portion of my order, and when I informed the manager she was so nice about it and corrected everything. She even offered me a discount on my next order to make up for the inconvenience. The food is very fresh at this location as well and the staff is very friendly.

It was Friday afternoon. Time of day was around 12:45pm lunchtime. Ordered by drive thru. Windows allowing viewing preparation of food were now covered up. Ordered small fries, 2 / $8.50 for double cheeseburger. Size of ALL Food were downsized n cold, including fries. Service was unfriendly. Fries weren’t as tasty as I remember.
I was stunned / disappointed with the entire ordeal.

Checkers food is always the best…mm mm mm the s are super bomb . I had the two 2 for 5 mushroom steak and cheese. Service is always fast. I like when they have any size fries for $1..(hint hint checkers bring that back) Milkshakes are thick and creamy and the funnel fries are everything.

I like the food at checkers. It’s better than any other fast food burgers. Two different times I was there. I had trouble ordering because the employee was interrupting every sentence I said. I know how to order my food, but in the middle of a sentence, he starts talking over top of me. He’s very abrupt and rude. Then I don’t want my food because I’m afraid somebody’s gonna spit in it.

I ordered the new Brisket Melt which is advertised as being between two slices of Toasted Texas Toast. Mine came between two untoasted slices of white bread. I then tried to call the Checkers store to tell them what happened and found that there are NO store phone #’s on the website.

Last night I went for the special that’s after 10pm, the manager informed me that they were not doing it but another lady kindly told me to wait two minutes for the pos system to load and to see if she could ring it up for me. So I waited and she was super nice and ended up being able to do the special for me. At the end I asked for her name and her name was Emely! Very nice service from her and very nice attitude.

Whenever my coworker and I go to this location, we always get the best customer service! When ordering our food the staff is always so pleasant and makes sure to read the order back to me. Being an indecisive person I can take a while when ordering, but Patricia is always so helpful in offering current deals or alternatives to my dietary restrictions. The kindness and compassion that Patricia shows even at the window is so enlightening! Most of the time you go to these fast food establishments and they treat you with no respect and serve you any old thing, but not at this Checkers. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. It’s even a plus to drive up to the window and see how clean it is in the kitchen. We need more restaurants and staff like this! Keep up the phenomenal work!

We were there on Friday night ordered fries, chicken and banana milk shake. We got stale fries and didn’t realize that until our son fell sick with diarrhea. Very unhappy with this service and it was unfortunate that we stopped there on our way to a cousin’s house. Feeling very upset after seeing my son sick and down since 4 days.
