Such an inconsistent place for food, even when they’re not busy in the least. Got a 12-pc nuggets at drive thru, not any other cars in line and didn’t even look like anyone was eating inside, and nuggets were so overcooked – dark, tough, chewy. Ugh. Had them a few weeks prior when they first came out and were completely different when fresh and not cooked into jerky.
Plus they charged me .49 extra for an extra dipping sauce but didn’t tell me there was a cost… only discovered it when I looked at receipt got home, at the same time I found how awful the nuggets were. And their app is completely worthless, never any deals. They even disabled the “contact us” feature so you can’t complain on the app. When you put in a state, the city field won’t pull up any cities. How convenient for a place whose food and service is regularly disappointing. The Colonel must be spinning in his grave at what KFC has become.

Getting real cheaper and cheaper in quality and service but the price keeps going up up and up without any change now you got to use a kiosk ordering. No help if you’re the first time I see a lot of people just look at it and then they leave they should have somebody out there ready and quit being so cheap KFC

The fish was old and could not even cut it with the utensils that were provided, the spork broke, the hushpuppies were a big grease ball. This was not a good experience and wont be back

Absolutely the WORST in Columbia City. Food is old, not fresh as “advertised”. They cut corners by keeping food longer than normal in the “crisper”. The customer service is terrible. The management is the root cause and needs to be replaced. They never contact the customer back regarding an issue. Simply ignore it. Try to ignore this review. I’m sure the health department would love to inspect those “crispers” and let’s just see how long you’re keeping the old product and serving it. This is a photo of the “FRESHLY” made chicken sandwich. Dark brown, dry, hard to bite into, and chewy. Definitely, NOT FRESH. Same issue with the Long John Silver’s product, since it’s a duo location. The chicken we had was the same… dark hard and chewy.

Twice in a month we have been through the drive through and told to pull forward and waiting 20 minutes for food that was only to take 4-5 at most. We went inside our food was just sitting on counter on a bag. Nobody brought it out. The next time they argued it wasn’t 20 minutes. Our receipt says different. We will not be going back. Maybe they will close like BE did.

No air conditioner water all over the floors ordered hush puppies never got them. Potatoes spilled out in the bag. This place was horrible. The people were doing their best for what they had to deal with. Someone needs to hire a new manager or close this place down we also had to wait for about 10 minutes just to order no one was there

The manager and kids that work here are lazy and incompetent… cant keep clean lobby or bathroom, everytime order anything regardless of what it is always told they can only do half original and half extra crispy with no other explanation… I used to work at a KFC it only takes 12 minutes to drop and make new chicken…. so the employees are just being lazy and dont want to make fresh chicken.

We ordered a 12 piece family meal with an extra mashed potato and extra coleslaw! As we are eating the food was not worth the 55$ we spent. My 12yr old son pulled something out of his mouth and asked us what it is, hard clear plastic in the mashed potatoes. SERIOUSLY???? Second time we’ve had absolutely horrible service, food and now plastic pieces in our food! Never ever again!!!!! Tried calling the store 4 times with no answer! Beyond disappointed!

I would give a lower rating if I could. This was the condition of the food I ordered. The dark brown pieces was so hard that it was like eating kettle fried potato chips. These gizzards sat so long the wire mesh lines were hardened into the breading. I also recieved the pleasure of a large amount of salt on one piece gizzard. I had not noticed this until after I was on the road from drive-thru. However the person who prepared this food should lose their Serv-Safe license. This food was way past serving time. The cashier was very pleasant.
