It really was Dak good! The bibimbop were very filling but their soy garlic spicy wings and drumsticks were the bomb! I don’t know what they were feeding those chickens but the drumsticks were huge! Will definitely go back next time I am in Kalamazoo again.

The atmosphere was a casual, chill place and the service was really nice! But the food was just okay.
The soy garlic drumsticks were good but the spicy ones only tasted like spicy oil. The potstickers would’ve been better if the sauce was on the side, instead of stir-fried together and it seemed like they were over fried because they were really hard for some reason? The cheese balls wasn’t what I expected either. There was barely any cheese inside, it was more like a fried hollow bun with the breading lined with cheese, again, maybe overcooked?
The bulgogi fries were alright. From the picture on the menu, I was expecting the shredded cheese to melted but it wasn’t. It was just the cold, shredded cheese on top with the sauce drizzled over it. Had potential but the overall taste is disappointing.
I’m not sure what happened but I was really excited to try this place, only to be left disappointed. Even the coupon they offered for the QR code was only for Iphones, so if you’re an Samsung user like me, tough luck, no coupon for us.

i LOVE! dak good. i have gone twice, and both times have been amazing. the first time i went i got the katsu & drumsticks- absolutely delicious. the second time i went was with my friends from out of state. i got the pork pot stickers (i believe) and the drumsticks. absolutely DELICIOUS. soy garlic is so delicious (and even more so when you add honey) and crunchy, so worth it. we were there celebrating our friend daniel’s birthday, who had passed at 19 two months prior. i mention this because it was a sentimental moment for everyone, and without knowing this the owner gave us a slice of cheesecake. it was the most wholesome and sweet moment of the meal. i’m not the biggest fan of cheesecake but this was delicious! this was in november, and i will be returning again here soon

My husband and I ordered the tteokbokki and fried chicken yesterday, and we were really impressed. Even though the chicken was fully coated in sauce, it was still perfectly crispy. I reheated the leftovers today, and it was still crispy, which honestly surprised me in the best way.
I’m not a fan of sweet tteokbokki, but this one had a great spicy kick with a strong gochujang flavor. It wasn’t too sweet, which I really appreciated.
Definitely recommend this place.

I’ve ate here now 4 times and I’ve tried the pot stickers, wings, fries, pho and boa buns and the bulgogi fries. I liked these crispy fried chicken and fries but the bulgogi fries came with unmelted cheese on top which we told our waiter and she brought us some more only to be not melted again I think they need to torch them so that it’s melted on top actually but overall everything I’ve tried has been great and Tammy especially the pork belly boa buns!

Got the bulgogi to go no red peppers with white rice side of kimchi. The bulgogi meat was good just to many onions for my taste and it was soupy which it shouldn’t. I’m giving it 4 stars though because the kimchi was awesome and the service was good. The place is clean and welcoming. update 1/1/26 i just saw the owners response. I get my food to go almost most the time because i suffer from anxiety. I have eaten at some of the most ethnic Korean places around southwest Michigan and no there bulgogi dish was never that soggy like soup. Maybe because it had to many onions? That was the only vegetable i had in there. I ate about 1/4 my entree and usually I eat the whole thing. I did try out last month the Korean chicken that was good it was tender and crispy on the outside. If you have to dine in to get good food then I’m sorry to say your going to lose out on a lot of money and business. I will not be coming here again because the owner could of apologize rather than making excuses giving this place not 4 stars but 2.

We were so happy to try this place out. The server suggested for the first time to try the chicken, and we were so glad we did. Very good portions. The spicy is very hot, and we are spice people, so caution if you have a low spice tolerance. Great flavor. I got half and half and the soy garlic is great as well.

Spaghetti
Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Lots of meat. Bibimbap was more of a Asian fusion than a traditional Korean bibimbap but it was delicious nonetheless. I’ll be coming back here.
