Ordered online for pickup. Order was wrong , ordered 2 mashed potatoes, got 1 potato and 1 cole slaw after we had ordered a dole slaw on the side. And then I told the young man behind the counter thank you when I picked it up. Got no response what so ever. No you’re welcome, no smile, not even a smirk. Some kind of acknowledgement would have been nice.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. A recent visit had me waiting nearly 30 minutes for an online order that had been tagged as ready. The order was not complete but it was marked as completed in the app. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to the employees and customers.
The owners should be ashamed of how this location operates.
My recommendation is go somewhere else. There is another Taco Bell and now a Bojangles in Hazel Green

Food was ok.. I think rye chicken leg is on the small side. The guy taking my order spoke in a mumbl sound. He didn’t ask me if I wanted to eat in or have it to.go. my food sat in Frount of me in a bag. Finally a man came by so I asked him if that’s my food. He liked at me like I can’t believe you are asking that. I asked him if I could have it here. I explaned I wasn’t asked. I didn’t think to say. The man kindly took my food and fixed.it on a try.

As of 9/1/24, I have came to this location two days in a row to be greeted with a sign displayed not only at the front door but at drive thru how they are closed. I have eaten at this location numerous times and had nothing but positive things to say. I have no idea what’s been going on lately here, but it seems like it’s struggling to even stay open to serve hungry people. It’s disappointing, honestly, cause it’s the closest location to me.

Every time I have come thru the drive thru in the last 5 ir 6 weeks it’s the same thing. Your waiting for someone to take an order. When you get your food, the last 2 times, the order is wrong. They don’t have what you are ordering. It’s exhausting to try and get a quick bite and never can at this store. I have never seen more than 2 cars in the drive thru at any given time and it’s still ALWAYS a problem. I just wish this store could get it together
