Note: This is likely only the second time in my life I’ve ever requested a refund.
The food is usually pretty good. However, I had a very negative interaction with a manager named Beth on the evening of 11/8/25 at 4:27 PM. I politely asked for a refund, and she rolled her eyes, responded with “What’s the problem?!” in a highly sarcastic tone, and made several rude remarks throughout. She refused the refund, stating, “I can’t do a refund—Hardee’s is picky about it, and I’d have to call my GM.” In the end, I received my food and it was decent, but the customer service was unacceptable.
This marks the second time this year I’ve experienced something like this at this Hardee’s location.

I normally have good experiences here, but tonight was very disappointing. My order was missing an item, and when I went back, the employee was very sarcastic and acted like I was lying. On top of that, the chicken sandwich I ordered was rock hard, and the chili on my husband’s hot dogs was so old it had hardened. Sadly, we won’t be coming back after this. P. S. the only reason I gave the service a 2 is because they did at least replace the missing item

I stopped at this Hardee’s on my way to Wilmington North Carolina and got a quick bite to eat. I got a cheeseburger medium fry and a soda. Burger was cold and the fries were lukewarm. Of course I waited till I got back on the highway to taste my food and I chose not to turn around and say anything. The lady at the window was friendly enough. But the outside of the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Trash all through the parking lot and that should have told me not to order nothing to eat.

This Hardee’s always has amazing food and great service! The only issue we’ve had is that I accidentally ordered online for this location when o was not in town. We were not able to change the location after submitting in the app, which was fine but I also didn’t want the food to go to waste. I tried calling to tell them to give it to someone for free, and no one answered the phone either time I called. It was just an AI voice that said “Good morning” and then dead silence.
