What the hell is this? I ordered a pasta & the container isn’t even halfway full! I ordered a thin and crispy and a regular hand tossed and it’s almost as thin as the thin and crispy. I paid almost 55 dollars for this?!?!? Never again, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The woman preparing the pizzas was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly used my order as a training example for what I assume was a new employee, which caused a long delay while I waited in the restaurant.
At one point, she was loudly yelling at the employee helping her prepare the food and said, word for word, “I’m not remaking this, it’s the third time I make it.” It was uncomfortable to witness, especially as a paying customer standing right there. She continued raising her voice without any concern for how it affected customers.
When my order was finally ready, no one let me know—even though they knew I had been waiting. I had to get up and ask. A third employee who had just come in was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, when it was time to pay in cash, he had to call the same woman over, and she told me my $50 bill was “too large,” even though there was no signage or policy posted stating that.
Overall, the service and attitude made what should have been a simple visit very frustrating and unprofessional.

This place is ridiculous. Someone higher than the manager needs to be at this store training their team and management. They do not know how to handle a rush and waited 45 minutes to even speak to someone. We all just watched the manager loose pizzas and ask for remakes. Corporate office if you read these reviews please send help because they obviously do not know what they are doing

Normally I am not one to complain or rate places nor do I ever have issues with dominions, but today was different. The food I ordered today was horrible. The pizza I ordered was just a normal pepperoni pizza, the pizza was burnt so bad you couldn’t even see pepperonis. The pizza was so crunchy when it was supposed to be hand tossed the crust was like rock. The pizza was cold, but that wasn’t the only thing, the boneless wings I ordered don’t even seemed to be cooked, they were also cold. I tried calling the store but no one answered. I’m just very disappointed in dominions.

Arrived to pick up my online order that I placed at least an hour before closing. I get there and the lights are off. I call and politely ask if I can pick up my order. The employee was giving me a demeaning tone of voice telling me to use the working door. When I simply asked what door she told me “I could see if I look at the sign on the door” … There was a small note and no lights on in the store … How was I to see that ? I left with my pizza but the experience was a 0/10. Again store still open and no lights or open sign. Very bad first time customer experience.

Well I have a little problems with my order and I have to reorder again! It was charged twice on my credit card so I got mad but ordered another one. After complaining to one of the employees 5 minutes later the first order charges was returned to my card. And I do appreciate the honesty!!

Car side delivery here is amazing if you enjoy sitting in your car for 15 minutes while your pizza gets cold. When I finally went inside, the staff were on their phones. Truly top notch service.

Be careful about using your card here. They will charge you tip even if you do carry out. I bought a pizza from here and my total was $12.96 and then a couple days later I got a flag from my bank saying that the final charge was $19.96. and the thing is they didn’t even put all the ingredients on my pizza. I asked for chicken, bacon and jalapeno and they didn’t even put the chicken. I got a bacon and jalapeno pizza.
