I rate well, but this place pissed me off. The guy was high or something and totally messed up my order.
1. I ordered a large vanilla shake, and their answer was to fill the regular sized cup 75% of the way.
2. I asked for a whopper with cheese, confirmed it had cheese at the register, and they gave me a whopper with NO cheese.
3. My husband’s sweet tea was disgusting. It tasted old.
4. This guy must have been so baked because he asked me what I wanted after every request.
I am in the newborn trenches with my daughter spitting up all over me. All I wanted was a meal with a delicious shake.
Save your energy and drive to the Thurmont, MD location.

I visited this Burger King a few days ago, and I usually don’t write reviews but I had to because I had the best service. The manager on duty was very pleasant, she helped me immediately upon entering the establishment, my order was correct, made in a timely manner and was fresh. It was clean and friendly. Definitely will be back!

I had a great experience at Burger King thanks to the manager, Samantha. She runs a tight, well-organized store and you can tell she truly cares about both her customers and her team. Our order was made exactly right, which is honestly rare these days, and it came out fast and fresh.
Samantha was friendly, professional, and very attentive to detail. You could see her checking on the staff and making sure everything was done properly, which made a big difference in the quality of service. Because of her, this location really stands out.
If you want your order done right the first time, this is the Burger King to visit. Huge thanks to Samantha for making it such a smooth and enjoyable experience!

There was a minor issue the other night with my order at
the drive thru. I called the store be cause when it was discovered I was at work and couldn’t get back. The manger Miley heard my issue and she said oh yeah just come in and it will be taken care. She did just that and I jave to say one of the best in food,service but most of all friendly environment. Thank you to all of waynesboro burger king fir a job well done and dont change how you operate there.

We were the only car in the drive thru and yet we were asked to pull around and park. Food took forever. Staff had zero customer service skills and the only word they were capable of was “yup.” Still didn’t get everything we asked for and had to go back inside. Sandwiches didn’t have all their toppings. Not sure what is going on with this place but definitely won’t be returning.

Person making our food, did not have a hair net on and we watched him scratch his arm with gloves on, and not change them after. He proceeded to make our food.
Our whoppers did not have any lettuce, tomato or pickles. Just dry burgers.

I took a chance at said “new and improved ” BK for 30 minutes in line on 12/29/25. When arriving at the window, all I heard was screaming at one another, and cussing. I continued to wait another 10 minutes. I got home with my sons food, and his chicken sandwich was raw. I have not been here in 4 years because of disgusting service and food, and in my almost 30 years of living in this town, can arguably state that this place is lower then 1 star, and sadly always will be.

Ordered a Whopper meal with halves and a drink, and a cheeseburger meal with onion rings, a small drink plus an 8 piece jalapeño poppers. They were out of onion rings, only got the sandwiches and a small fry. They were out of onion rings on the receipt but didn’t offer to substitute for fries. Didn’t get my jalapeño poppers. This is not a very organized store. Very disappointed.
