Loved the flavor of the red rice, empanadas were really good and the shrimp patties were also delicious.
Great service! They ran out of beef short rib so they gave us extra shrimp, lumpia, pork rib and a spam masubi.

Stopped by because I wanted Guamanian Food and we were in the area. Service was really good. The workers were friendly. Hafa Adai!
Food:
• Pork Spare Rib Plate added premium side of Chicken Kelaguen.
• Empanada
The spare ribs were tasty and I loved the red rice. The kelaguen was a small serving but it was delicious. I got my Empanada fix. It was so good. There’s 3 to an order.
Overall, great spot that I will definitely return.

Our friends family owns this place and we went to finally try it. It was so delicious. Great selection of Chamorro food.
We loved the empanadas and lumpia. All the entrees were super delicious. The food was tasty and not salty.
Family friendly service! Family style gathering (shareable plates)
Highly recommend this restaurant.

Visiting from Texas… Fort Worth surely needs a Chamorro restaurant.
We ordered a fiesta plate which is sharing size, so thats why it’s all spread out. We ordered an extra side of smoked pork (tina’lan katne) which I was happy to have, yet it could have used just a tad bit more salt
The soy sauce finadene was so perfect and mungge` that I could have drank what was left of it (but I didn’t ).
The empanadas (not pictured since they were still frying it) was good enough, the crust was fine, and the filling was plentiful, yet the filling could use more taste… Good enough to order it if you haven’t had it in a while
They sell logo apparel (hats and shirts to name a few).
Most importantly, I’d go back again

I meant to write a review after going here but forgot then. So, I still wanted to write my review even though it’s a month later. Went to Vegas on September 7 and my nephew, his dad, and mom picked me up from the airport and si ce it was close to lunch time we were going to a different restaurant but luckily and since they mentioned Island food, he took us to Red Rice. My brother and Sis in law (from Hawaii) along with my nephew who lives in Vegas have eaten there numerous times and loved it. We ordered different combo plates and chesa. Since this was my first experience eating at a chamorro restaurant outside of our island, I can truly say that this was my best, best experience and the food was authentic, awesome, delicious, great, etc, etc, etc. I told my nephew that this is what chamorro food should taste like all the time when you order from one. Some restaurants say that their food/dishes tastes like you’re back home but when you take a bite of their different dishes that you know what they should taste like, they really don’t taste anything like what they do. But, Red Rice is the real thing, the real deal and I wanted and wished we could’ve gone back one more time at least before I left 5 days later. The next time I go to Las Vegas, I will most definitely swing by there when I land and before I leave. If you’ve never tried or would like to have some chamorro Island food from Guam, you should most definitely give it a try and head to Red Rice Restaurant. Not only are the foods delicious but there are beautiful people behind the counter that are just as warm, friendly, awesome, helpful if you’re unsure what choices to make or unsure what they are. I truly hope you give them a shot. Everyone has different taste buds but not every place is the real thing until you’ve tried their foods. Food and staff are number 1 for me.

Family owned. Food tastes like it came out of your mother’s kitchen. The chicken for me was exceptional! Get to talk and meet the family that cooks the food for you. Will definitely go back! Originally, it was recommended by a man from Guam who said that every time he came to Vegas, he had to stop at Red Rice to eat there because the taste of the food was so authentic and like at his home in Guam. I’ve never been to Guam, but it definitely tasted like homemade and I would definitely recommend it!

Whenever we’re in Vegas, this spot is a must for us. All the way from Texas! We always make it a point to support this place, easily spending $60-$70 on food each visit. I never leave without grabbing a shirt and some stickers to represent Guam, where I lived for four years. We visit Vegas once or twice a year, and this has been one of our go-to spots since 2016 or 2017. At this rate, we’re practically regulars! Like family, except they dont know that. Great food, great customer service. It’s definitely worth the drive and our time.

We ordered Coconut Titiyas, Chicken & Pork rib plates. Titiyas was delicious, Chicken not bad, but the Pork ribs were tough to chew, need to place them in the pressure cooker to tenderize them. + overpriced with little meat served.

My first experience with Guam cuisine and I will definitely be back for more. I’m just a sucker for bbq and charred flavors. Let’s go!
First approach looks closed because the outside has a dark covering but of course it’s to block the strong sun from coming through. Once inside the staff is ready to serve you with friendly and exceptional service. Plenty of indoor cool seating to accommodate large groups.
The crew made the proper recommendations it being my first time. They introduced me to what tasted like a chicken ceviche. It was cold, citrusy, spicy and loaded with flavor. On the side a soy base cucumber mix to balance the citrus, all complimenting the wonderful flavors of spare ribs and charred chicken…. I’m all in. So thank you for these great flavors.
The staff were very informative and engaging. Very welcoming vibes. Definitely will be returning.
