Lived here my whole life, so I remember when it was good. I’ve been making my orders here farther apart time after time til I just can’t deal with it. This time pre ordered 3 hrs ahead of time. It was ready…..but had been long enough that it wasn’t even warm anymore in their warming rack. And I was 10 minutes early. They were slow. I get it. But when I pay the amount I do for your product I do expect a little qaulity and concern. Just plain tired of all around service , qaulity, associated with the cost. I really want it to be good. But my Hope is continuously knocked down here.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cassano’s Pizza. I ordered Cassini hamburgers without bacon and added jalapeños, but instead they made a ham Cassini, which was completely wrong. I called them to correct the mistake, and they told me the replacement order would arrive in 20–30 minutes.
Unfortunately, it has now been over an hour, and the replacement still has not arrived. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of timely resolution and poor follow-through made the situation very frustrating. I expected better communication and service.
I hope they improve their order accuracy and customer service in the future.

Cassano’s has been around and a favorite for our family a long time. The quality in general has always been consistently good. The pricing gets kinda steep compared to a lot of other chains however, which is really the only downside I can speak of.
Their sausage isn’t like your typical chunks you find at most other pizza places which allows for a better topping distribution. Light cheese with plenty of pepperoni that crisps up nice. The edges of the pizza where the cheese meets gets nice and caramelized.
We got ours light baked so we could finish it at home for dinner. Turned out excellent once finished!

I was over charged for my order (I have contacted corporate about my nearly $30.00 large pizza with two half toppings and extra cheese). Compare the price of theoretically the same single pizza online with the apparent double charge in person!
It had to be remade as well. But they didn’t offer to let me keep the mess up they had served me. Not a big deal but I wonder if they threw it away. Hmmm They were polite though. And I do know mistakes happen, still a pain to have to go through this.
The store did resolve this overcharge with me. I am satisfied and have moved my stars from 1 to 3 as a result. 11/2/18.
