My wife ordered her hot dog bun to be toasted and the request was ignored. I ordered our fries well done and crispy and they were soggy. Notified the manager and she didn’t care.

The hamburgers were amazing, yet they were too small my opinion. I had asked the jalapeno burger for two patties but end up putting it on my son’s burger. The fries were amazing. The peanuts were delicious; it the first place I see that has free peanuts. It gave me the feeling of ruby’s dinner. Everything is sold separately. We try the pineapple sprite and we weren’t a big fan of it. The burgers were really delicious and I would definitely recommend them.

It’s Nice to be greeted by employees. The girl at grill said hi welcome, the greeter should have said welcome to five guys burger ? But anyways… she then asked if I was going to order single or double as I was looking at the menu … then the cashier approached to take my order semi friendly however very nice compared to other restaurants, my cashier should have sensed my interest in possibly a shake since she suggested if I wanted fries I said yes she offered drink I said yes but she should have pushed the shake as I was considering looking at that side on my menu but was rushed anyways I guess I didn’t need the extra calories ☹️ my suggestions she should have offered peanuts as I forgot they offered as I walked away or thanked me for choosing five guys burger as she gave me my receipt and told me my number ? Do that way feel appreciated as a customer and make me want to come back because they appreciate me eating there ? Just saying

Oh, my! I can’t believe someone is willing to pay $12 for a burger and $5 additional for fries and a drink
For $17-18 you can get three course meal at Norms or 2 double-doubles and fries at In-and Out.
Left speechless.
P.S. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Was expecting a slice of good quality bread. Instead it was made with a sloppy upsidedown burger bun that was barely toasted. Something a 10 year old would put together when left home alone. ♀️

Clean, typical and expected Five Guys. The younger guy that took our order was incredibly friendly, listened well, and asked good clarifying questions.
The seating is in good shape with 3 outdoor tables. They do have signage indicating that people should wear masks.
First time I tried they’re milkshake. Better than McDonald’s and In&Out.

WOW now it’s my favorite place, my kiddos took me to a birthday lunch here at five guys ( my choice), gotta try it…others don’t compare you like messy yummy burgers get one with everything!!!!!!!!

My wife and I had the cheeseburger with regular fries . She chose the lettuce wrap cheeseburger
Should have gotten The Little Cheeseburger with the small fries.
It’s allot of food for 2 people. The regular cheeseburger comes with 2 patties. The little cheeseburger comes with one Pattie.
Next time we know to order in that style and order small fries. The fries they give a cup full with another scoop. Which is more than enough for two.
Five Guys had a steady flow of people while we visited the restaurant. Unfortunately it’s not in my wheel house. Check it out for yourself !

Sunday, 2:45pm, 10/19/25. Beverage machines out of most syrups. Ketchup dispenser empty. Understaffed and none seem to care. $36 for 2 burger meals? Never again.

The food and service here is great however the Coke Freestyle machines are always out of multiple flavors. Literally the last 3 times I’ve been here they are out of popular items. I don’t know who is responsible for stocking the machines but they are letting you down Five Guys!
