We spent $25 on two meals and for cold soggy French fries. I ordered the the 5 chicken strip meal. The strips really small. I took a picture beside the barbeque dip and there wasn’t much difference in size. Terrible food and service.

Friendly staff and cool Arby’s to see. Old sign out front and still has character inside. Wasn’t the best cherry turnover I have had though.

Went to the drive through and was told it was closed an hour before the close time. I told the employee this and they seemed confused at first then agreed. But i ended up leaving because I dont want to risk getting food from an unprepared place with the potential for a disgruntled employee to mess with my order. Unfortunately if I want to treat myself to some fast food I am only really able to do it at this time. So I think I will unfortunately have to stay away from this establishment if they don’t want to remain open. I at least suggest changing the hours of operation online to not comfuse customers.

I usually don’t care for Arby’s like I did years ago, but the one on Lake City Highway in Warsaw changed that for me. My wife suggested we stop there as we were passing through and since she hasn’t eaten it much due to my preference (I rarely eat any fast food) I decided to stop. It took a little time since it seemed only a small staff of a couple people, but I was suprised to see our food looked fresh and almost like in Arby’s commercials, but the real and main reason for this review was it tasted as I remembered it used to years ago. The next tim we are passing through we will definately come back to this one! P.s. it was around 8:00-8:30 pm on April 24th that we went drive-through so that’s why I didn’t rate the “atmosphere”

You’d think theyd be a little more apologetic about being a roast beef restaurant and not having roast beef. We have the meats EXECPT WHATS IN OUR NAME. Kid was rude and just said “what do you want” at the drive through. I don’t really blame the kid though, I blame management. What kind of poor planning is that?

Typical fast food worker mentality. Stood at the counter for a minute or two in the hopes that someone would at least acknowledge my presence.
But no.
Just stood there listening to one single employee gripe and complain about their job while everyone else was quietly going about their business.
I understand work can be overwhelming at times, but is it that difficult to simply turn your head and say something like, “Good evening. Welcome in. We’ll be with you as quickly as we can. Thanks.”
But instead, I get to grow impatient while listening to a one-sided conversation that has no reason to occur in front of customers.

She wasn’t very kind. Felt like a a bother to her. My husband was the one that said thank you..

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and was told repeatedly that I would be helped “in a moment” while no one else was in the drive thru line in front of me. Pathetic service, would not recommend.

Wow. This was the worst meal I’ve ever had. My $7 meal. The sandwich was smashed flatter than a pancake. All the cheese and sauce was in the wrapper. The fries were cold, and only filled half way. My husband’s fries were nothing but the little pieces you usually find at the bottom, and half filled as well. The chicken slider was most disappointing. I don’t know how long it sat under a warmer, but it was so dry and tough that I literally could not bite into it. Let alone, try to chew it. The window employee was rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing about my mozzarella stick order taking so long. I was finally asked to pull around front to wait for my overall disappointing dinner. They also forgot the sauce. No napkins. $38 total for half of the full meal I should’ve received. It wasn’t even edible. I would’ve returned all the food, and requested a full refund. That was ridiculous. Don’t go here. The staff is rude, and the food isn’t worth your hard earned dollars.

I normally don’t go too this location because I live over by the other one but I was on this side of town so I said why not. Well I found out why not. Wasn’t busy at all, I decided what I wanted and told the guy I was ready to order. I ordered, two bbq bourbon roast beef sliders loaded fries, beef and cheddar nuggets a large fry and a small drink. Paid like 31 and some change. Not terrible pulled up to the window and the young man, Harley was his name was rude. Shoved my card back in my hand told me to pull around and they would bring my food too me, before I could ask for sauce for my beef and cheddar young man slammed the window on me. We sat out waiting for about 10/15 mins got our food and went home. I didn’t eat my food right away but my partner did. His sliders where smaller than the normal sliders you have and they were smashed flat, his loaded fries didn’t have the sweet heat sauce that came with it last time. Once I ate my food, my nuggets were hard as a rock, not from being cold. More breading than chicken and dry as hell. My large fry was at least a small if not smaller. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, I will stick with the other location Lucy knows what she’s doing over there.
